I don't get this game

I'm really just looking for serious answers please. This game genuinely has me at my wits end, I am dropping 15-30 kills a game with 10-20 assists a game of util and depending on the map I'll either play lurk heavy agents or play supportive flashes. idk what more I can do to win games and actually gain rr when I have 2-3 people going lower than 10. In 5 stacks I am comfortably out aiming high ascs and low immo players idk what more I can do tbh.

I already play enough tbh. Between tournaments, premier and just stacking with friends, overall I play this game a decent amount. I took a break for a month and have just been bringing my game back to where it was beforehand
