In this meta you don't need a dedicated flash initiator as much as you need recon/flash flex+smokes
you can run a harbor viper comp between s0m, FNS, and have verno on sova/skye
with the current Neon meta you she could get free entries on a map where cypher isn't meta
If they are playing cypher, then Raze + Skye/Breach + Viper + Harbor is doable if you play default and do good enough executes
Harbor viper is perfect for executes.
Once you're on site you can win post-plant purely based on heroics
