do they treat their players amazing??

how are they able to attract meteor after all the roster BS they've been doing,

maybe none of the other korean orgs wanted him but thats hard to believe, even drx, just change roles around

T1 could've been what GEN.G was this year if they didnt fumble

well T1 won Worlds and GenG only has an MSI so i guess we will see

A LOT is riding on this semifinals matchup (if we get it)

Chovy vs Faker, a team that never beat GenG and was horribly off form in region vs the most dominant team of the year, honestly fnatic esque in the way that they only dropped the finals match in their entire region

They give higher salaries than other orgs, have one of the best facilities for an esports org (individual streaming room, karaoke, gym, 24h medical check/therapist, professional chef and snacks), and even assists players to find career path after they decides to step down from competitive scene (streaming contracts, coaching staff or in esports scene etc)

So many reasons for Korean players to prioritize T1

korean royalty, they have crazy accommodations and are the org that every kr player looks up to because of the dynasty behind them

Coach Solo was asked by a Korean commentator on commentators YouTube channel if he thinks all members of Gen.G will re-sign, and he replied, “Well... I'm not the one paying them,”

T1 literally burns through $10 mil a year on their LOL team. Even if they give their Valo players the best treatment in the industry, it's peanuts to them.

Gen.G also spent $7-8 mil this year on LOL, and they could spend as much as T1 for a year if they had to. However, they are not a large company owned org, so they tend to be extremely cold in their player evaluation.
