Even if they did learn a lesson, there is no one to protect their rights, that's why vct needs a player association. Forcing players to take pay cuts is fucked up, forcing players into contract issues is fucked up, denying buyouts(if that's a thing) is fucked up. There needs to be a mechanism protecting the players

I get your point but 2 things.

I believe buyouts don’t work the same everywhere, Ik what the spirit of it is but on a contractual level it doesn’t always work like that. For example in football release clauses don’t technically exist in Germany or France. So it’s not as simple as you pay it and that’s it

And second of all the information is that FNC has accepted lower offers than current VIT offer but Derke has refused. Which is where the situation is blocked
