I get your point but 2 things.
I believe buyouts don’t work the same everywhere, Ik what the spirit of it is but on a contractual level it doesn’t always work like that. For example in football release clauses don’t technically exist in Germany or France. So it’s not as simple as you pay it and that’s it
And second of all the information is that FNC has accepted lower offers than current VIT offer but Derke has refused. Which is where the situation is blocked

To be fair you are supposed to trust none, neither a leaker, neither someone that if it was true wouldn't have said "Yeah we are bastard" and would probably try to damage control.
You are supposed to listen to both, both think might be right, and wait we now more. (But you can still try to guess, or talk about this ofc)
