do some people know what buy-outs are on contracts... vitality seems to not meet the buy out... so the most logical answer is for vitality players to shit on fnatic and go to cojo acting like hes the problem and shit??? wtf are we doing???

I get your point but 2 things.
I believe buyouts don’t work the same everywhere, Ik what the spirit of it is but on a contractual level it doesn’t always work like that. For example in football release clauses don’t technically exist in Germany or France. So it’s not as simple as you pay it and that’s it
And second of all the information is that FNC has accepted lower offers than current VIT offer but Derke has refused. Which is where the situation is blocked

Forcing players to take pay cuts is fucked up, forcing players into contract issues is fucked up, denying buyouts(if that's a thing) is fucked up. There needs to be a mechanism protecting the players

Theres an association for north american teams that north american players made. I think its up to the players to make that happen and so far no ones done anything to make one, i agree they need one but whos gonna initiate it?
