Is there someone that all regions agree on

For example whenever the "goat duelist" or whatever topic about good players comes up, EMEA people list EMEA names, APAC people list APAC names, etc etc.

Is there a single player at all that everyone can agree on?
I ask in hopes (doubt it) that it doesn't fall into a cesspool of people flaming each other on their opinions on who's good and who isn't.

idk about other regions but most people from NA will agree that Victor is the undisputed goat

yes all regions can agree that yay is washed

Aspas and ZmjjKK are clearly the most potent goats,
But they don't come from mainstream Valo region like NA or EU,
So there is obv a huge fanbase who oppose them,
But yes there r few sane fans who accept this too

I think most people can agree that Aspas is the best duelist and Leo is the beat initiator. Usually the people who disagree are delusional and say duelist or initiator for (insert flair here) is the best(insert role here). "I don't know about other regions but Victor is the undisputed goat"- nrg flair. I think the zmjjkk love at the moment might be very much recency bias, no one put him in the best discussion before champs. Having said that, China could end up rolling in years to come
