They send them out in batches. I got mine almost instantly but it's taken around an hour for some of my friends

although i'm sure that the guy who afked in your game had a perfectly legit reason to do so, especially if his team was up (hypothetically) by a (hypothetical) large difference (around 9 rounds or so). and i'm sure he feels great remorse for afking hypothetically, but don't take my word for it, i'm just an empath
