Obviously cs crowd will be better but in Paris there is infinitely less of these quiet weeb fans who don't open their mouths at games
At val games (having attended masters madrid) I can say like 55-60% of fans literally do not raise their voice over casual speaking level, but Parisian fans will change that

olympic athletes getting harassed, poor living situation, getting food thrown at them and spit on, some weren't being fed the amount of food they needed or the diet they needed for their event, and the whole train situation. I just don't understand why you would want to hold an event in that city after that
