saw so many people saying if geng make finals their year will be better than fnc's 2023
unless geng win champs there is literally no debate about the 2 teams years

fnc lost 8 maps from kickoff - emea league - tokyo (only 3 maps internationally)
fnc almost had a flawless split losing 1 map in regular season (played with sub kamyk)
and fnc ended the year with losing 13 maps in total

whereas geng has lost 7 GAMES (lost 29 maps) from kickoff -madrid - split 1 - shanghai (+8 more maps so far including split 2 and champs)

The difference is that Gen.G didn't win the flukiest event ever (fluke in). Gen.G won actual trophies while Flukenatic won mickey tournaments.

They won red bull lmao. That's the rest of the year. The only meaningful thing they won was Tokyo. Regional wins hardly matter when you realize that EMEA league is beyond farmers league, it's like Camel league in terms of football.

Gen.G won regionals twice this year, won a non-Mickey masters, and is about to win a Champs. It's not a debate, let it rest.

GenG are playing teams that were better then the ones Fnatic were playing. You play better teams, you're gonna lose more games/rounds.

FNC with the same roster couldn't win any games at internationals (except BLG) while GenG have been in the grand finals of 2/3 so far winning one of them. Not to mention GenG have literally beat Fnatic with the same 2023 roster.

Fnatic only changed their coach. So unless you wanna say he was the only reason they were winning, which wouldn't make them the best team of all time.
