i remember that old split was the comeback map because you used to make 11-1 and lose because ct was op, also icebox hate was insane before the changes, people used to hate haven too

The worst map in this game is Sunset. The most boring garbage to play. It's all retakes and spam.

and we fucking got eliminated two times on it (t0nz z0kken double 30 bomb life game + 12-5)

bro what Ascent is min. top 3 map in the game. It's also the most skilled map in the game. If you lose on Ascent, it's because the other team was playing better Valorant than you. Only real issue is that it's a bit too spammable (boathouse and tiles shoudn't be spammable, but that's about it).
i mean no point for the ares and odin's existence if there aren't use cases
maps like ascent and lotus are odin meta because otherwise no one is buying those guns
i agree and trust me, im a sova main - i love wallbanging people on ascent. But boathouse and tiles really shouldn't be spammable. If there's one (minor) flaw in ascent it's those two spots, everything else is perfect.
I get your point about it being skilled but the defense sided nature and spam makes the map so boring to play and watch
breeze and sunset are pretty ass imo. i also didnt like fracture back when it was in the map pool, but i would be fine with it returning
It will forever be lotus. Any map where you can put full double senti util on one site and still can't hold it is unforgivable. Or that you can accidently lock 5 duelists against a practiced team at your level and still win. Horrificly bad map that doesn't even feel like valorant.
i’m so tired of seeing the same aesthetic of lotus over and over i’m glad it’s taken out, it’s a fine map but it’s easily the most common map played this year

its original pearl for pro play and theres no contest. just because it lived that long in that state
