Imagine you work for riot's esport division and you are tasked with one job:
You must add one new element to the stream/observer HUD for pro matches.

Me personally I think a spike timer could be cool, but then again I guess it would sort of take away from the intensity of the situation and might 'spoil the surprise' so to speak for those close moments. Let me know what you think!

Utility that is used (for example if a turret is up, an ult is being used) and utility cooldown
