there are 3 international events per year and 3 populations(americas, asia and emea) to accommodate for to make it fair time zone wise for the whole year.

can someone smart help riot do some simple division or maybe im just dumb and oversimplifying things

Since CN is a region they have 4 "timezones". Since the last event of 2023 was Americas, they made the 3 events on 2024 in EMEA, CN, and Pacific. Hope that helps

I think they will divide it between the 4 regions not between the 3 timezones
