They be cooking some weird ahh comps. Still could win with them though
doomvor [#3]nah this makes sense
the idea of Clove > Brim is that clove gets reusable smokes while being much more agressive
they get infinite smokes as clove can smoke while dead, and so they can throw smokes more willnilly
i prefer omen tbh
Harapan845 [#5]i prefer omen tbh
yea, but omen can't smoke while dead
running clove allows you to play more aggressively, while still able to play that slow style FNC likes

but omen flash makes it easier to take b and cloves kit is kinda meh in pro play

meddle + raze nade combo is very strong
heal + ult lets clove go first and basically kinda be a secondary duelist
I think there's enough value to justify going clove

the heal in pro play since mostly headshots are hit don't really matter
Harapan845 [#11]the heal in pro play since mostly headshots are hit don't really matter
not really, current HS% in the first 3 maps averages around 25%
capital_d_colon [#9]Debatable.
Definitely trying some more stuff however with how fnatic did the map veto suggests they are trying to win in 3-4 maps.
I think the opposite. I think they banned icebox and sunset because they don’t want to give away anymore information as outside of those 2 maps as well as haven and lotus they’ve only played 2 times on different maps that being at the start of the split the 1st 2 maps of split 2 actually. So I think they want to play abyss while hiding their true ascent although I think their bind is their actual bind. So either they got try out their new bind comp or both their new bind comp and abyss
AltonBu02 [#14]Doesn't first seed get a bye or am i tripping
Nope they get the best chance of having an ‘easy’ group but this champions I don’t think a single group will be easy there are good teams in all spots from seed 1 to seed 4 so it just lets you avoid the 1st seeds of the other regions in groups

Oh shit then yeah seeding has very little value. Facing PRX as a first seed is probably not what I would consider to be easy at all lol.

Interesting insight from elma in the post match.
Yeah seemed like some of the veto was down to them wanting more footage on maps they hadnt played as much.
Although it was sorta predicted that abyss would be lasted picked because vitality also perma bans it.
FNC have been struggling on icebox recently and vitality (although fnc had beaten them) have looked good on sunset.
