I'm not really sure they are favorite, historically TH is quite strong (but I don't trust in MiTH), ID didn't have a powerhouse but got a lot of outsider like BME in 14-0, KR still have a lot of talent and SPG is good, and JP have a lot of money, import, and will play home and have a dominant Riddle (They are the favorite)
