the problem is that the only t1 team who would scout new players from VCL SA is probably global esports, an org known for using talent incorrectly (t3xture, monyet, etc.)

SociablEE is nuts, Sayonara nuts but only 16 so cant join next year, Lauress, SyouTa, rubkkoide, kaajak, BaddyG played at a high level before so idk if he counts, PROFEK and the rest of GoNext, DaviH, Ruxic, Jlerst, most of SAW/NAOS/Oasis, JohnOlsen, Leviathan, N0NGLAZ, DSG/Alterr Ego maybe

Spain: Sayonara (2026), Kiles, Zeddy, b1sk, insider, Flickless

Germany: DaviH, Ellement, Fizzy, Click, Lime

Italy: Waddle (IGL), Filu, wackie -> have seen very little of non-Dsyre teams tbf

France: Kamyk, Veqaj --> Thin league rn but these 2 are legit. Veqaj should ba a gentlemates hire

Polaris: Kaajak, maybe soulcas

East: Profek, f4angeer (17yo russian duel), alexiik

Turkish talents have by far the highest average level. They are so good
