Lets make it clear:

TIER-1.9: TS(still better than rest), ZETA, DFM, GE, BLEED

I propose changes in term of both skills + popularity in fav of org:
- TS:
-2ge +Papichulo

- ZETA:
-hiro +LOB/Xdll (same role) [KR/JP pref]
-Carlos +Fazedis

- DFM:
-SeeS +SyouTa (Back to controller)
-neth +Jinboong (same roles)

- GE:

Stats don't really tell the full story, I think. You have to remember that DFM have been a core since at least 2022.

I guess you could try to dismantle that core a little. But that could either end up like G2 did this year, or like OpTic did last year when it became NRG. And I'm not sure you want to take that risk when the team is starting to show a bit of promise
