me personally I think Toronto would be fire since toronto has a big val demographic. Also think brazil again would be good as well.

If they hold it in Venice, it even has lore connections, as that's where Ascent is + where the Duelists cinematic took place.

yeah riot has been targetting those developing regions (Turkey, Japan, Brazil) and I think Italy would be a great one considering you hear almost nothing about Italian valorant and its an awesome country
