EMEA has 1 good IGL in it's history of Val and they exported him to Sentinels. The rest are mid. Legit just get the best T2 duelist, put him on smokes, and play like you're paper rex. Only option EMEA has.

Just in terms of midrounding and aim, JohnQT is better than Boaster. If you put JohnQT in that roster they'd do better for sure, even with his flexing to smokes.

for IGL, get any t2 IGL from NA. I am sure they would love to replace boaster.

together with mini it would be amazing, the problem with elmapuddy is how predictable he is and how the same team from last year look horrible even at their set plays and strats

First of all, FNC has to change their IGL and their coaches, then, get rid of Derke because he only can play Jett or Yoru well which is not good for new meta of Valorant. Every team needs a duelist can play Raze almost perfectly. So, Alfajer could be main duelist of the team. Leo is still the best player in EMEA imo so he's staying. Sometimes Chronicle plays good sometimes bad and that's not good. So, If FNC can get a better IGL, new sentinel/Viper player and new flex player, maybe they can get better.

I think run it back with the same roster, but change the coaching staff. I would love to see mini back as head coach. Elma’s tactics and conditioning for this team I think has been poor, especially on lotus today against a bad comp. Beside this, I don’t see an upgrade in emea, tier 1/tier 2, for this roster

Mapool gonna change in 2 week.

Stop wanting to change everything after one elimination, they made seed 1 of Europe, and just killed cold heated by teams that have 1 week of tournamet.
Stability is the best for long term.

Really it's amazing to see people wanting to remove a player and dont even know by who replace him, doesnt even know if they can find better. Killing a kinda working stability for something unknown is absolutely dumb.

You don't need to make change to improve your team, and you improve by looking at your mistake, show a player his mistake, learn on your weak point, find new strat. The 5 player are good. Replacing a player for a bad team performance, is just a scapegoat, and will make sure the 3/4 remaining player will not improve.
