Bleed:- yay is not gonna be in bleed in split2 , there is no way bleed will keep the same roster
GE: highly unlikely but with those performances they shud try to.make changes... winning 2 games per year vs team with a sub and worst team in vct is not a excuse to keep them playing....
Ts: they need a change but they don't make it
Zeta: they look underwhelming....idk prob meiy could fix this team..

Honestly, Jessi's IGLing seems solid and he seems to be shooting decently for the most part (we don't talk about that game)
NDG has been improving but he still looks unconfident a lot of the time and whiffs easy shots but his lurks on sunset were very good.

dsg and bleed could trade a player (probably juicy) for split 2. imo, yay and deryeon out, bring back crazyguy igl and juicy duelist. Deryeon caught in bad role issue (sentinel/secondary duelist but retla is sentinel and not double duelist meta) and yay has been underperforming.
Alternative: Retla and deryeon out, yay on sentinel and crazyguy back in for igl + initiator, juicy duelist. Personally, I dislike this because Retla has been performing really well, but tbh this is really the only option to keep yay on the team.
Edit: Another option is Riza instead of crazyguy. It is probably the better option too ngl
hmmm, true, obv I don't know how deep the internal issues go, but it might be easier to work around them than finding a different fa igl initiator.
Yay might be kept, but he'd most likely get switched to sentinel permanently (since he's shown he can't perform on duelist or initiator/flex) meaning Retla would be kicked (and that sucks)

Honestly, I think that sScary and Crazyguy can squash the beef. Both are professionals, Crazyguy has been around a long time while sScary is very professional and results based and also they qualified to Tier 1 together for god sake. Perhaps under leadership from a new coach, things will look better. sScary has trialed the IGL role and failed, so if his pre-existing mindset was "I can do better" it has definitely been shattered now and perhaps he'd be more open to criticism and sharing ideas.
Again, we're outsiders, we don't know how deep the issues lie. Personally, I think while Crazyguy isn't an outstanding IGL, he is definitely a vibe booster and motivational and I like him personally. If the issues lies moreso with Yay, then I'm glad and from the few clips of his watch party it does seem that way a little more.
Again, if any Viet fans don't know, sScary has never explicitly shit talked or bad mouthed any of his teammates including Crazyguy and Egoist, he states matter-of-factly that there were internal issues of the team where an attempt was made to be fixed but it didn't work out.
Riza is decent but doesnt his roles conflict with Zest who is a new signing? I don't think they'd drop Zest unless he decides to leave on his own accord. I already posted on reddit but a roster I have in mind. Also, how is YesICan's English? I was decently impressed when I saw FANCY play in Ascension and YesICan was the IGL I think and he seemed to be putting up numbers too. Perhaps he's inexperienced but could be worth a try? I don't know if they'd manage to get any Thai IGLs who speak good English (Perhaps PTC could work, but he is doing well on FULLSENSE).

Just saw a thread about Benkai (If he is indeed booted from GE). He was an IGL of PRX and although it's been a long time now, perhaps his experience in calling could aid the team. Another idea I had was Xeta, but he's retired now and I'm not sure if he has enlisted yet nor if he has the passion to play atm but I feel like he would slot in quite nicely and also serve as an interim translator for Zest + already lives in Korea.

Xff role is a team captain, I don't know what that role specify for, probably for PR purposes because he's the most handsome one among his teammates.

Unless T1 somehow qualify to Shanghai, it is likely their roster will be change. They might go full Korean due to availability of world class korean player in the market, dropping Xcc and Rossy even though both are great players. Rossy will then go to EG if they dont qualify. Their replacement if should be K1ng and RB(its T1, they can buy his buyout) , alternatively they exchange Xcc for Estrella.

There are rumours that Monyet might join Boom, but he would love to stay in franchising. If T1 goes full korean Xcc is in the market which means you no longer needs Flip which is only there because there is no good Indonesian IGL

Sscary is not an IGL, that much is clear. With the removal of yay, Bleed have an import slot and money to throw. They need an actual world class duelist/flex and s0m is right there(he used to play duelist pre franchising). Benkai is there to IGL, mostly because there's not alot of igl in the market rn and he's still better than flip

Unfortunately they dont have bleed's money, RRQ strong domestic scene or T1 which have both. So this team is not going to be competitive anyway so might as well play some indians and farm clout.
Dfm probably is a lost cause too, so just train some Japanese youngsters

Now 9 of the 11 teams in pacific are competitive with some massive roster changes, things should get better from now on.
