Would be cool since we could get more NA and SA tier 2 talent to compete in the major leagues.
Problem: Would definitely be more expensive then we would like and we would need to change the import rule to at least 3/5 from a region because of some teams in the league.

its not because you can't scrim, its because your talent isn't there
BR just needs time to let their kids to come in, then the t2 teams need to drop the old people and let them play
obviously some players are ahead of the curve, but the average "talentedish" player needs to constantly play against the best to learn how to do things better, like M80 for example, no one there is like aspas or zekken but they got pretty far by training properly
also only americans are favorable to franchise tbh im tired of speaking bout this shit, even fucking plat chat thinks this ruins SA tier 2 but some vlr users wanna say otherwise
i thought your point was that they can't catch up and fell behind because of partnerships, so i countered by saying even when they could develop talent by playing good teams(of which there was only ever 1 to 3) they didn't have enough talent. even if they could, it wouldn't be enough for 10 teams
edit: which means the point of them not being able to make talent is mute because even when they could the region wasn't good enough
