Or are they the next TR and BR fans?
Some SKrossi guy I've never heard of is spammed on shroud's chat and everywhere
Some people legit believe India will win LCQ Asia over Nuturn. I'm lazy to watch their games but are they worth the hype?
The teams are not worth the hype. But the scene definitely is. The scene this could develop into is something much bigger than it is at the moment. Skrossi is most definitely overrated but honestly they are a good watch if you have the time. I only watch a few. But yea. Hopefully India gets integrated into the VCT next year though.
FireII [#5]nobody is hyping up india like turkey and brazil, i see the potential, but i do not believe we are at the level of any major region as of yet.
actually "nobody" is wrong, just not to the scale of the others
big_chungus69 [#8]they arent even as good as the bad SEA teams, let alone the top Thai ones lmao
agree, the one time we've seen them play was at sea fire in late 2020, but one of india's top2 teams, global esports, got absolutely smoked by x10 and bren (i believe). with that in mind, i think it should be closer now, as the game has changed and the teams have improved
notAGN [#9]india aint winning shit this lcq and most of the indians know it they just do it for the memes
Lol

bro global now would 13-2 global then with ease , they have imrpoved lots since then
MasKQRadeX [#3]Skrossi is like the cNed of Indian Valo scene but the region itself is no way near the Korean or major SEA region like Vietnam and Philli .... though I readily believe that in an year we could go head to toe with Jpn and SEA considering the Population potential.
vietnam seriously??vietnam is probably the worst region in SEA, but i get your point
MasKQRadeX [#3]Skrossi is like the cNed of Indian Valo scene but the region itself is no way near the Korean or major SEA region like Vietnam and Philli .... though I readily believe that in an year we could go head to toe with Jpn and SEA considering the Population potential.
but idky , Indian pros say that they will do wonders against SEA teams as they have already beaten them in Scrims
Kilobyte [#14]We can give tough competition to SEA and Japanese teams , maybe even defeat them. But we're nowhere close to Korean teams , they will smoke us. India winning LCQ is a far fetched thought and probably won't happen but hey , one can dream.
Sieh and Hellranger said that there is a 55% chance that India will win LCQ
Mrityunjay [#18]but idky , Indian pros say that they will do wonders against SEA teams as they have already beaten them in Scrims
lol who said that. One of the Velocity pros said that they have beaten some teams from SEA when they(SEA teams) were not at their peak. No one from Indian pro has ever said that. Show me a clip if this is real
slowmaths [#20]Honestly I don’t think they’re as terrible as some make them out to be but I doubt they can win LCQ. They will give some teams a run for their money 100% tho
+1
Kilobyte [#12]bro global now would 13-2 global then with ease , they have imrpoved lots since then
Don't you think they would have improved as well
Mrityunjay [#19]Sieh and Hellranger said that there is a 55% chance that India will win LCQ
its good that they are confident tho, i think they themselves know how good they can be and what level they can compete on so let it be.
blubeer [#25]I like to watch skrossi's op way more than many NA/EU pros. Not Wardell ofc. And I think India is definitely going to be a bigger region in Valorant because it is way more popular compared to other PC games considering it's only been a year since valorant was released.
I think it will all come down to adapting to the meta , if our teams are ahead of the meta ,they can make an underdog run like version 1 . So.. hoping we make it :)
Areyannnnn [#27]I think it will all come down to adapting to the meta , if our teams are ahead of the meta ,they can make an underdog run like version 1 . So.. hoping we make it :)
Indian teams are not ahead of the meta at the moment. But they do have the talent which they can improve in years to come. I feel like it'll either be like TR rn in Val or KR in LoL. TR rn look much better just after adapting to the meta. And they have the talent so they'll just come back stronger right after. Or it might just take a while and then once the people who grew up playing Valorant start playing. India will just be overflowing with talent and they'll be dominant.
Areyannnnn [#27]I think it will all come down to adapting to the meta , if our teams are ahead of the meta ,they can make an underdog run like version 1 . So.. hoping we make it :)
Yup, anything is possible. But I dont think we can make it this time. Still hoping for good matches
ShadowisBAD [#30]dude indian fans are mad, i like the enthusiasm but most the times theyre toxic af, play on mumbai servers , u get trash teamates but they are toxic , through
toxic players are everywhere
Kilobyte [#14]We can give tough competition to SEA and Japanese teams , maybe even defeat them. But we're nowhere close to Korean teams , they will smoke us. India winning LCQ is a far fetched thought and probably won't happen but hey , one can dream.
We do not know that yet as of now. The last time we saw them play a team from another region was SEA. With VCC consisting of other South Asian teams it would be good to see how they match up against them first. Let us not make assumptions about India vs Korea before we play a team from their region. I think people already made a huge mistake in Iceland predictions, so it is better to wait and watch rather than making assumptions.
Areyannnnn [#6]The people spamming are just idiot 14 year olds please ignore them. it's just cringe
True. Lol
Mrityunjay [#19]Sieh and Hellranger said that there is a 55% chance that India will win LCQ
55% lol. How do you calculate thissss precisely? Teach me!
JokesOver [#39]Rajesh "s1mple" Mohan

kungfupanda [#36]55% lol. How do you calculate thissss precisely? Teach me!
This isnt me ! Sieh said 55%
pokedyo [#45]the kids spamming are just annoying af tbh, but i dont think india will win apac lcq they arent better than korea and jp but i think they could fare up against sea teams
Didnt X10 2-0 the Best JP team , why do u think SEA is weaker than Jp ffs
pokedyo [#45]the kids spamming are just annoying af tbh, but i dont think india will win apac lcq they arent better than korea and jp but i think they could fare up against sea teams
if anything India has good odds winning against Japan then the top SEA teams lmao idk why are you still underestimating SEA the region itself is a powerhouse
Mrityunjay [#46]Didnt X10 2-0 the Best JP team , why do u think SEA is weaker than Jp ffs
oh sorry i meant to put sea instead of jp i got confused

Nobody is hyping up India, tons of people are hyping on skrossi

wtf did i just read xd
kungfupanda [#37]Will LCQ be LAN? Otherwise it would be unfair for many regions...
Most likely Lan.. Because arabic teams play in emea lcq... All asians in same lcq.. And oceania with NA... It should be lan.. Or else would be so unfair
DELLUSIONAL_ACEND_FAN [#51]Nobody is hyping up India, tons of people are hyping on skrossi
there's a difference between hyping and celebrating a player. rossi is one of a kind in the region, people just want to celebrate that
slowmaths [#20]Honestly I don’t think they’re as terrible as some make them out to be but I doubt they can win LCQ. They will give some teams a run for their money 100% tho
I think India will come in semis enough to convince riot to give a direct spot for south asia next year, this is more like a showcase to show that the region is flourishing
ShadowisBAD [#30]dude indian fans are mad, i like the enthusiasm but most the times theyre toxic af, play on mumbai servers , u get trash teamates but they are toxic , through
dude join Singapore servers, 11 yo yelling in mics, once they realize ur indian they will yell out disgusting racist slurs, no region is toxicity free
hellaeleganceyeah [#43]i mean india has their top players playing in eu like cned, so probably not.
yes he changed his name form Mehta "cned" Indrani to Mehmet "cned" İpek
JokesOver [#2]definitely not better than korean teams
u cant say now. u can say when we compete with them right? dont judge now . if we compete with korean team or any other teams we will get to know who"s better.
FireII [#10]agree, the one time we've seen them play was at sea fire in late 2020, but one of india's top2 teams, global esports, got absolutely smoked by x10 and bren (i believe). with that in mind, i think it should be closer now, as the game has changed and the teams have improved
not smoked bind was close 13-10 x10 won ge lost . now they improved a lot
I actually think they are pretty good considering that a lot of indian players are in the apac leaderboards and we can't expect anything right now tho, we just have to wait for the apac lcq, we'll see how they perform against the sea, kr, jp teams there, I feel they can match SEA level, the competition is not bad here.
blubeer [#29]Yup, anything is possible. But I dont think we can make it this time. Still hoping for good matches
i hope that next year will be the charm for us, im feeling it.
big_chungus69 [#8]they arent even as good as the bad SEA teams, let alone the top Thai ones lmao
you dont know shit.
Qasii [#72]IMO Indians are very talented, Look at FNS from envy, Shahzam from Sentinels and The coach of TSM . they are running NA valo :P
shahz is pakistani bro ...
notAGN [#9]india aint winning shit this lcq and most of the indians know it they just do it for the memes
Let's see man... cuz you can't win easily the first time right? so maybe next year will be the charm, but if we manage to get a good 4th, 3rd or even 2nd place, I will be more than happy with it :)
MasKQRadeX [#3]Skrossi is like the cNed of Indian Valo scene but the region itself is no way near the Korean or major SEA region like Vietnam and Philli .... though I readily believe that in an year we could go head to toe with Jpn and SEA considering the Population potential.
Indian Teams like Global have already beat big teams in SEA except for X10 and Bren. They are definitely top 3 material in SEA. No doubt they can beat Japan as well. Against Korea however, well not too sure.

how about PRX?

VN is not a major region lol
TH>INDO>MY/SG>PH
qwertasdf [#79]how about PRX?
Not had a match before.
Considering their current form GE will most probably lose to PRX.
BTW why are you commenting on a 1-month-old thread :P?
