Idk what you're going through but I do know as a Sentinels fan how disappointing 2023 was, but it's not like success is just left unearned, if stuff don't work out then they just don't work out.
You can still be sad about how things were handled and mb if I came off as insensitive but Pancada is probably happy knowing that he isn't going to be paid league minimum anymore and can actually compete in the game he loves while the rest of SEN are happy about their current success. If there was ever a time for a SEN fan to be happy the past two years, it would be right now but you're being too fixated on the slump that was last year.
I think this is the best case scenario for pancada, maybe it wasn't communicated properly but other than that he gets a salary until a team picks him up without any buyout, i understand why u think he was snaked but this is the best for both parties, SEN is winning rn and a change would be stupid and keeping such a good player as a 6th against his will would also be stupid so this is the best for him and the org
