if there is one team that has better scouting than mce, its fnatic. they may get mce, but it wont be for just his scouting/managerial skills

It's not happening. mCe said himself that he did get quite far in the interview process but wasn't chosen in the end. He thinks he might know who they chose and if they did choose that person, he considers it a good choice.
I think they are primarily looking for someone whose views align the most with the current fnc system/boaster.
