There are not 10 better IGL's in EMEA than Koldamenta. He might not be top 4/5 anymore, but definitely not the worse.
Wolfen and starxo do need to be replaced imo

He didn't replace Russ with Yacine he actually replaced Russ with Twisten who they has spent weeks practicing with and reached a koan agreement with BIG. Riot rejected the operation 2 days before LCQ so they had to call the only available person and a friend of theirs with a 2 day notice, Yacine
