Even if he is found "innocent" somehow, the fact that these things exist in the doc above is just proof sinatraa wasn't that great of a guy then. Maybe he's changed for the better now. However, while I feel for him if he is having emotional distress, he kinda could have prevented all of this if he just, idk, had good behavior.
All I see in that google doc is a young toxic relationship... Saying "No I'm close" isn't rape (which is why he would never be convicted of rape), yet the public as already seemed to convict and execute the dude. IDK how its so hard for people to understand that there is a such thing called "due process" and there needs to be objective evidence . I would say more than 50% of people have been in toxic relationships when they were younger, I know I have.
I agree, but is there any objective evidence (that was made public/or in Cleohs google doc) that proved he continued. People are making convictions, threats, calling someone a rapist off he said she said bullshit. He said she said doesn't even solve who stole your crayon in kindergarten yet people are relying on it as the sole piece of evidence and calling someone a Rapist over it. Imagine if it was your bother, son , friend this was happening to and there was no evidence made public, yet no one seemed to care about evidence and only wanted to ruin your reputation/career/life. Until there's actual objective evidence he continued, which cleoh does not provide in her doc, it's all he said she said bullshit
Yea I understand some ppl take it way too far when there is nothing but allegations and no story behind it nor "proof", but calling these situations a joke kinda makes it less serious which isn't good since this is a real problem people experience, and generally there isn't a good reason why the victim would lie so we tend to believe them
I agree and disagree with you. That was bad wording on my part, I was referring to the overall public conviction of this guy as soon as she released her google doc, which is all he said she said, that is a joke. The actual situation is ABSOLUTELY NOT A JOKE. I just think the way the public can convict and basically execute someone off he said she said and not wait for due process is pathetic. If evidence is made public or the proper authorities find him guilty of sexual assualt/rape he deserves everything he got. But for this to all be happeneing over he said she said, I just can't wrap my head around that. But look up false rape allegations and you'll see that very often people lie about rape/sexual assaults. There are a lot of bitter people in this world that will change up on you when you move on. These people are the real reason why you need objective evidence when accusing someone of rape (which a false allegation will leave a permanent stain on your life)
What evidence has been made public that he raped her. Saying "No I'm close" is considered rape nowadays....? The video doesn't even prove that he continued. So your basically taking the word of a female you have never even met, don't know anything about her morals, principles, character, personality, anything at all, and are willing to make an immediate conclusion that he raped her. You must be the dumbest fucking person on this planet and would change your perspective real quick if someone accused you of rape and the public just basically executes you and tries to ruin your life without having any objective evidence.

No one knows the exact truth yet because full investigation has not been completed. There are however bits and pieces of evidence and if you just say let people live then you did not read those texts because he was borderline controlling.
Sinatraa clearly is "crying" and emotional bc u do dumb things when you are younger without thinking of consequences and we live in a cancer cancel culture. Im sure he is remorseful bc his career and friendships are being heavily affected.

the evidence for this is undeniable and he may be an “alleged rapist” but he’s basically just a rapist that video was proof. i guarantee you he has changed and is a way better person than he was back then, but this is honestly just the punishment for his actions. the person he is now doesnt deserve to be treated this way, but the person he was needs punishment. shahzam definitely doesn’t deserve it he’s just playing with a friend. as friends you’re supposed to look past peoples negative side and be happy with the positives.
the problem is that he said he was going to cooperate with the investigations and the next report we get is that he is not cooperating with the riot investigations and he started working with a legal team what means that he is hiding something what makes people think that he is guilty.
Right now in the public eye he is guilty, its pretty simple, if u did nothing wrong u should have nothing to hide. Till he does something to probe he is not guilty people in this society is going to see him as guilty, its 2021 the inocent till proven otherwise doesnt exist in cancel culture.

I dont get why the community needs to be involved in this, seems to me like both of them contributed to a toxic relationship. Can't defend sinatraa's alleged actions, but this should be handled privately. Whatever happened between them shouldn't have this big of an effect on his career and ability to play imo.
