- Na = Eu
Really close matches.
2.Kr and Br
Vks = Nu, both got stomped by sen, let's see how nu is gona do against EU teams.
- Latam, Sea and Jp.
I think EU will improve massively over to Berlin. I feel like what will be the biggest issue for NA teams, are the big money contracts that cannot be bought out. Idk about the tenz situation, but a player costing you 1m so early in the game is insane. With these contracts and literally every good player being in one, it's very hard to reform teams, shuffle players and create superteams, or generally improve teams. The only way to circumvent this problem is to have intelligent athletes like jcStani, who chose to stay a free agent.

Unlucky we didn't have our best teams in Iceland
As of rn, TL and FNC are the best. In Challengers they beat the best to make it here right? NA can say the same besides SEN, since V1 is not our "best teams" you claim TL and FNC to be.

V1 really impressed. Their sub finally started to hurt them but amazing performance from them in this tourney. Penny just had a bad day today too RIP

NA “Near Airport” is known as the fastest region to arrive at the Airport. Since they gave up on Valorant Masters, they are investing in Speedruns. In particular they are current worldrecord holders in Airport Any % and Airport no wins.

V1 were playing with a STAND IN. Stop spouting nonsense.

You have to realize that we didn't have lower brackets in quals, if this were to happen in na you wouldn't have sentinels
Gurggu [#7]EU > NA

Sen are the clear #1 but I think most NA fans would have felt more confident having 100T, Envy, or even C9 here instead of V1... especially with a sub in. I rank all of those teams ahead of V1 for the most part. And probably in the order I listed them.
That being said, V1 played well given their situation. Props to them.

V1 didn't even make it to NA Masters and didn't qualify to any of the Stage 1 Challengers Main Events. Hell they even only barely qualified out of Stage 2 Challengers 1 to go to the Challengers Finals, where they once again did a lower bracket run like they did in Stage Challengers 1. So if you say that Liquid and Fnatic aren't the best teams from EU, then it is even easier to argue that V1 isn't one of NA's top teams. Fnatic clearly is EU's top team and saying otherwise would just make EU look worse. FPX hasn't won a big event(First Strike, Masters and even the EMEA Challengers Playoffs), Acend just lost to Vitality... G2 well we all have seen what G2 has done recently so unless their roster changes save them, then they aren't in the picture, Heretics' roster is falling apart and teams like Guild, NiP, Alliance and BDS are good but definitely not top 2 for EU. Saying that EU didn't have their best teams is a BS excuse considering Fnatic and Liquid are 100% in the top 3 at least and the only team you could say is better than either of them is FPX(even though Liquid beat FPX and Fnatic looks like the clear #1 team in EU).

It was same issue for ScreaM when TL had a bad phase, he's so fkin expensive.

no that was some washed up garbage "pro" who is so untalented he got washed in less than a year. i believe his name was hazed

cryyBAE [#30]The slots for Berlim should change. 4 NA - 4 EMEA - 2 KR - 2 BR - 2 SEA - 1 LATAM - 1 JP (16)
Ehhhh. EMEA practically has 3 regions. Like even if they do underperform. EMEA is just a larger playerbase. I do agree that Japan should just have 1 slot for now though. Because Japan deserve 1 spot because they actually care about the game. But the country of japan is just kinda small so I think 1 is enough.

who tf is better other than FPX who would choke in masters anyway
Gotenks [#14]and based on recent data its proven that TL and FNC are the top 2 teams from EU which people also agree on KEKW
Same goes for v1. based on recent data, they are top 2NA. they are just like TL, that only did good in the event that led to masters, the previous challengers they lost to fnatic while having a bracket with an unknown team and bds.

and what did Team Liquid win? They made it to challengers 2 because they won against Entropiq (dunno who they are) and Alliance. then they got seeded against CE ceilling (another team i didn't hear about), then BDS, to lose in the end against Fnatic but being 2nd secured their spot to emea. and there's no lower brackets in EU, so it was just a "free finals for them". first strike, they were nowhere near the top, lost to heretics in quarters. Literally the only performance liquid had was in the event that led to iceland... pretty much just like Version1. Let's say FPX is better to liquid and should have been here... they lost to liquid... can say the same, Cloud9 looked strong and could have been here but they lost to Version1. They are both "as good" or "as bad"... well not really since V1 > TL and we have proof of that but that's not the point.
hekzy [#35]no that was some washed up garbage "pro" who is so untalented he got washed in less than a year. i believe his name was hazed
That was ange1

if NA had the same formatting as EU then Sentinels wouldn't have qualified for Iceland as they lost 0-2 to Andbox in Challengers 2.
If Sentinels win tomorrow then
Sentinels > EU = NA > KR > BR > LATAM / SEA /JP
if not then
EU = NA > KR > BR > LATAM / SEA / JP
Sentinels are heads and shoulders above the other teams in NA hence Sentinels doesn't fully represent NA as a region. Meanwhile Liquid nor Fnatic haven't won any tournaments in EU and are arguably not the very best teams within the region as EU has a large amount of good teams, though had worse formatting in the qualification process for Iceland

JP pro scene may be small but the country itself is definitely not small lol. 125 million people
big_chungus69 [#48]JP pro scene may be small but the country itself is definitely not small lol. 125 million people
Still much smaller than like most other regions lmao. I think Japan should be supported just because how big the Valorant scene is compared to the size of the country. NA has like 400 million people in the country in total and like Europe has like 700 million and including turkey and CIS it becomes like 900 million. 125 million is not small but it still is just smaller. The japanese pro scene will grow though even though it's already pretty large considering how unpopular pc games and fpses are in japan.
I think that Version1 isn't the second best team in NA, same with TL.
But:
1-NA (bs Sentinels>fnatic imo, rest in the same level)
2-EU
3-KR (man, they should be above Brazil)
4-BR (disappointment)
5/6-LATAM/SEA (i want to see more matches between these regions, i think 1 slot for LATAM and 2 slots for SEA is unfair)
7-JP (bs of the japanese law, the esports are developing from 2018 in Japan. they already discovered that PC gaming is cool and have a lot of fans. look at the number of JP broadcast. they need time for evolving their skill in this game)
(unofficial regions)
7/8-CN (their current level is too bad, but they are using the HK/TW version of this game, so they need to wait for official publish and wait for new players)
?-India (they are a mysterious for me)
?-Arabia (same like above)
Gurggu [#11]Everyone literally agrees SEN and V1 are the top 2 teams from NA lmaooooooooooo
You're actually delusional if u talk about not having EU's best teams in Iceland, when V1 was literally ranked 11th before they played the Iceland qualifiers.
