Depends how much you wanna play but you could try playing 10 mans or scrim in your elo, it will force you to comm in a controlled environment or else you're actually throwing. Or just play with friends a bit and get used to comming with ppl you know

I'm just like you.
But I've recently discovered that voice communication doesn't have to be stressful. And You can type when you don't want to talk.

In fact, no one cares what you say.
But it takes a process for you to overcome this situation.I understand you, we are all introverts. We need more confidence. It's hard, but we don't live in a vacuum. We need to communicate with others. This personality may put us at a disadvantage in society compared to extroverts. It takes time to think about what you want to change.

genuine question, have you tried to figure out the reason why you get nervous in those situations? I'm asking this cuz I don't see the case where someone gets intensively nervous to use vc for no reason

I had this problem for quite long time, but like with everything its just about taking small steps at the time. I for example started this in CSGO because I didn't really care about my rank or performance there so I didn't have pressure and I just started making simple info calls. Like "short one", "ramp one" etc. Just small info and eventually it got comfortable. And also I always try to think that good info is good for team, so no matter how you perform individually you can still have nice impact just by comming simple info.

Also playing with friends made me more relaxed in games and I had way easier time communicating. I'm still not super talkative in games or anything, but its way better than what it was before. Its just all about making small improvements here and there.

Also something that in the past has helped me was playing on alt account. There was just something about my voice "being linked" to my real account with real rank that made me even more nervous and also put more pressure on performing. So playing on alt account made me more relaxed. Just something you could try if you want.

i had this problem for a while

i just started talking, and if people are rude to you because of your voice you dont have to comm, they dont deserve tm8s that comm if theyre gonna be rude because of something you simply cant control

everyday before you play ranked, play a couple matches in swift play or unrated and try to comm. Then continue with ranked. It doesnt matter if your team is comming in unranked but you do it and do it for all rounds. Do this everyday, it should help iron out your jitters of comming.

Or you can just outperform everyone on that lobby (No one will blame you for not comming)...atleast till immortal...by that time you will be confident so dw.
Also you should try LFG in tracker.gg. And try small phrases instead of sentences, like 'jett 94 cubby' '2 backsite' 'smoked default' 'omen tped' this will 100% reduce the tension. And slowly you will be able to initiate the comms. You will be surprised how good you will feel when your calling gets you a pick or a round. I feel like you will be able to figure out what position is more comfortable to you by then (when you get used to comming). If it statrs getting comfortable as you give calls and comm then can try IGLing by asking your team to do this and that and entering or defending site blah blah blah (assign them to do certain things). Ranked is not a gud place to introduce yourself as an IGL so, just keep it simple with your calls during the first half. (Never assert dominance if you are btm fragging) You will understand by then if your team is comfortable with you as an IGL blah blah blah. If you can't win your aim duels try training (many aim training methods are there). Also before I can give you additional suggestions may I know if you have figured out your comfortable role? (duelist, ini, controller etc).

Tbh I can be the best of my team(and match sometimes) if my internet is good, yesterday I was playing with around 90-110 ms bc my brother was downloading a game, and I finish with a crucial 3k(plat3) and now that I remember, when I get my PC, I started saying comms like coming a/b few days, but saying that very nervous, but then when my games started with no one saying a word I lose confidence and now between I lose confidence and don't know why I don't want to talk but I want to talk too is just killing me
Answering your last question I only play sage and kayo( I tried playing duelist bc I always enter first, but I was bottonflagging a lot)

either girls are insane at the game and drop 40 carrying you.
or they throw you’re elo cause they think they are better than everyone in the lobby and instalock duelist when they don’t know wtf they are doing ;(

Usually people who speak Spanish are much more extroverted compared to other countries, even if you're considered shy in Spain I'm sure you're not considered shy in some other country, maybe you had some bad experience or trauma?
High pitched voice or something?
Btw how old are you?

In SEA they lock a sage that heals only their carry partner or pick a Sentinel which can only bait and lurk

just warm up to it. start by saying simple things or comming basic shit. Maybe get a duo, a friend/person you're comfortable with (if u see them comming u'd find it easier).
If u have no friends (u probably don't) and don't want any, then approach it slowly, or just let rip a "Hello guys!" at the beginning of the game lol.
If u have no friends and u DO want some, then get in a val discord server ( prolly one of a ytber/twitch streamer you usually watch, or any other disc you frequent) and join an LFG queue there.

I'm 16, and I can tell you that I'm so shy, one example
One friend invite me to his birthday, I didn't know anyone, all the people started talking but I was all the time in silence, when I was talking I felt that no one cares abt what I was saying. I was trying so hard to be "extrovert" but I can't
And no,no trauma,no high voice or cracked voice

None of my friends play Valorant either, but try the other things. Palying with friends was just something I noticed works.

you could try gankster.gg for scrims. I have been using it and it is easy to scrim and/or find teammates.

10 mans are easy to find through discord servers

Do they just ignore your calls or like not respond? Cause if they are just not responding as in talk, then they might be shy aswell but, if they are not 'responding' to your calls then try saying 'it would have been better if you smoked heaven' or if you are talking about when you call an enemy's position and them being irresponsive, then they might be either lost or focused on their screen rather than the game. You might get 1 or 2 people like that in most of the game. I know it gets stressful at some point when they do some dumb shit but, be positive just keep comming cause at some point they will realize how important the calls are (usually late). I feel like you will be good as an IGL since u like comming (Like you can think what to do mid game. Most of the people just lock in and trust their aim and don't think much. Like, they need proper guidance and thats where YOU an IGL comes in. Some people have ego issues so, just hype them up when they get a kill like BRO NICEE or NICE SHOT like you know what I am talking about ;) They will get confident aswell. If everyone on your team is quiet (know that they are most probably shy) just try being assertive.
Also, a very important point - I get confidence to comm when I duo with someone and makes sure he is able to comm as well. Try small comms at first like "<damage> <agent name> <position>". slowly comming will be a habit and BAM soon you are comming everywhere. A communicational genius :D (will take you only 1 week to familiarize trusttt) I would really love to hear from you after a while whether you take my suggestions in or not. I feel like you will find some more tips yourself and if that happens share it with me aswell. (✿◡‿◡)
