I doubt he knows what he’s talking about. None of the orgs know the exact the slot representation. Even if there’s 10 slots it doesn’t make sense. They will most likely do the same strategy like in EMEA. They chose 1 org from each big country (Thai, Indo, Ph, India and MYSg) and then the rest split between JP and KR (2 for KR and 3 JP).

nah as much as i hate this bleed guy, but i think he's might be right, the org should have a clear summary on how the franchising will be organized, at least for the team that maybe riot considering, and maybe its based on each country, but i dunno how this would go, as indonesian i want boom and onic to get the spots, but i dont think it would happen.

We’ll get more super teams since Gen.G are coming back and KR/JP tend to do well against SEA when they play, so I think they’ll be fine in this league

All this news about franchising is pure speculation and hearsay. Riot knows better than anyone which org is deserving and who is trying to bluff their way (and of course will not make it). nah OCE doesn't have high viewership. I imagine they give 1 to oce and 1 to india. I'm not saying OCE has higher viewership, I'm saying that because if korea has 2 teams in, then a third isn't gonna bring more viewership since people who watch because they are korean already gonna be watching. riot wants orgs that will invest a lot and stay financially well like 8 years down the line and the korean orgs fit that criteria well compared to others. performance doesn't matter for franchising. geng didn't make the final stage of na franchising but did for apac/kr so its likely they move.
