no i am telling you this is TLOP levels of production put into this song. it seriously reminds me of what kanye used to be capable of. the lyrics are pretty awful even with context but it sounds amazing. i am not diddy, i was a minor less than a year ago so idk how that even makes sense but whatever.

COUSINS is actually a goated song if you ignore the lyrics

I wonder whether there is potential for deadlock kj comps or vyse cypher comps. Either way, I think double sentinel comps will be back. If tejo wasnt added, I think this would have been the meta instead. Deadlock vyse comps are already quite powerful.

G2 had LAN winning potential long before tejo was even released. I will keep falling for these ragebaits if I have to to make sure that G2 haters don't get their hopes up

Others literally showed you his counter. Damaging util, waiting it out, don't take 1v1 fights, flash then shoot as long as it isn't an OP, literally the outlaw counters him very well. I'm not even that good at the game and I gave you all these solutions. Now stop whining just because you are an op crutch. You are crashing out because you can't do what you always did to get kills without any skill whatsoever.

posted 9 months ago

you are complaining because the agent does what it is supposed to... bully people who op crutch and entry sites, even without movement util. why are you complaining? he has no flashes, no stuns, no dashes, no blinds, and yet you think he is OP?

trent is top 3 in americas on sova and fade. he was never a tejo one trick. where did this narrative come from? do people not remember his absurd sova clips and plays in 2022?? what in the recency bias is this?

posted 9 months ago

i have to agree. termi excels at developing new talent to hit their peak and even at encoraging synergy in the team. but he just doen't translate those into results for the team. he has to be doing something wrong because there is no way he is flopping with 5 amazing players repeatedly.

posted 9 months ago

I would put him third but not having him at all is actually a crime.

posted 9 months ago

maybe a way to choose the next map - so the 10 players get a choice to choose a map out of 3 and then you play that. that would be nice i guess. the 3 maps are randomised every time.

posted 9 months ago

No. This list is recency bias. Murizzz is literally the worst Brazilian player to ever make franchising. He is awful

posted 9 months ago

Then what's this entire thread about??? Shall we just take their word for it?

posted 9 months ago

No capital letter at the start of your sentence. No apostrophe and no capital I in I'm. No full stop at the end of the sentence. You must be slow since you didn't bother to have perfect grammar. Do you see what I did here? They did nothing to antagonise you and you responded by calling him retarded. This sounds like an underlying insecurity of yours that you are projecting onto the user with a British flag.

Over how many years? How many LAN appearances has fnatic made. Normally that would support your case but I think we can all admit that his teammates carried him to most of those LAN appearances. The performances at LAN fall on the igls and coaches because at the highest level, it's about strats and mind games instead of pure fragging power.

Can confirm. Source: the ghosts under my bed. Trust me. They are never wrong.

Ayrin, dephh from 2022 XSET, link from TL, deffo and kiles from acend, this is just off the top of my head and what others may not have mentioned in this thread yet.

What? Where did this come from?

This is the last place I expected to see an SS reference lol.

On that note, also kaboose who I think retired from pro play after leaving ENVY. also a lot of former pros in NA challengers vanished after 2022

The team always choked in the playoffs. The stats look good only because of the group stages. Rb was probably the worst choker but no matter who played duelist (whether it was rb or buzz), they never did well at all. I watched every single game that DRX played for the last 3 years and I can tell you honestly that the team just crumbled in international tournament playoffs. Buzz did it with T1 as well in the finals vs g2 but like I said, a life game from meteor gave them that win. Buzz is far too inconsistent to not be called a choker. I loved that drx team so it really hurts to admit this, but there was nothing else to blame for their loss apart from them just not shooting back and being antistratted. But even that shouldn't make you lose so badly in playoffs, no matter how hard your opponents try to punish your strats.

posted 9 months ago

Yep. Sylvan and meteor carried them to the win. Especially buzz. Luckily they had great teammates who could cover for their weaknesses, but where was all of that when they were on DRX? It was just the mako show every international playoffs. So disappointing, and now that meteor isn't having a life performance they are not good at all. 3rd seed for masters winners is simply unacceptable. Their win is not reproducible.

I already explained why I don't think they can be considered together but I can't be bothered to explain it again so let's agree to disagree.

posted 9 months ago

You can't merge talking about igling and talking about in game performance when it comes to players. Igling is something that cannot be measured with numbers but with overall team performance and by watching matches, while performance is shown through stats. Talking about both simultaneously is not appropriate. Also why are you changing your mind? You were arguing before to other people that mako is worse both as an igl and in performance. Boaster is definitely a better igl. I would expect that much after igling for 4 and a half years now, compared to mako's 6 months. But his performance is vetter

posted 9 months ago

I just think that people aren't seeing that the teams don't really show weaknesses until they start losing. DRX definitely suffered from their mid season roster shuffles because they looked shaky at best in their last 2 matches, even against T1. DRX should have closed out fracture against RRQ faster and should not have been battered by them on the next 2 maps. GENG though, I can't tell if they are looking strong or if talon and boom choked. It could be that they were working on integrating ash from when he was on geng academy but idk.

posted 9 months ago

No. Mako has been ridiculously good for far longer than boaster. 2022 and early 2023 mako is higher than any peak a controller has ever hit apart from maybe karon but I don't think you are ready for that conversation. He has been better than boaster for at least 2 and a half years and you are suffering from recency bias because mako's fragging suffered while he was igling. Now he is off igling and surprise, he is back to top fragging even when the team loses. You can argue that fnatic overall is better than drx but not that boaster is better than mako.

posted 9 months ago

He played with 4 chokers for 3 years. The chokers leave and then his team is plagued with roster shuffles for all of 2024 and 2025. Call it cope but this is why mako hasn't come close to winning. He has the skill to be on a roster winning team. If only he left DRX earlier, both T1 and GENG wouldn't have hesitated to pick him up. But now they are developing their own insane smokes players in sylvan and karon, so no chance of that anymore. What makes mako even more impressive in my eyes is his ability to pick up kills with relatively mid aim compared to other pros. His gamesense and ability to find timings and make the right plays nets him more kills than his aim does sometimes. Of course he has some pop off moments but would be more of a quietly consistent player on a capable team, instead of a hard carry controller, especially off the igl role.

Does this mean the next agent we get will be Canadian? Possible, if riot is trying to link each of the events to the new content in the game.

posted 9 months ago

They have plats on that premier team btw. Definitely not a team that can make it to tier 2 valorant. Also danii is actually immortal iirc. Don't ask me how I know all of this.

you aren't a pro valorant player.

posted 9 months ago

no way you just mentioned FUT. their time is over, they hit their peak last year. but i agree with the first three. Vitality is a flop team, if only they had a good igl.

none of them because that is parasocial.

no. only redesign got baited. the OP did not and neither did I.

posted 9 months ago

i was not really angry but i wanted to give my honest opinion on the outcome of mibr vs sentinels. 3/8 because others got angry though.

posted 9 months ago

i guess i won't be coming back then. it will not be a 2-0 stomp at all. at least not for sentinels.

posted 9 months ago

this is not the same mibr from kickoff. switching nzr for verno has taken this team to new heights. there are hardly any weaknesses in this roster. they just barely lost to sentinels in kickoff but i favour mibr in their upcoming matchup in the playoffs.

at the highest level, it's not about how easy the util is to use, but about when to use it at the right time. due to the delay on the salvos and ult, if you don't time it right, and combo it correctly, tejo will get no value. just like how a bad sova ult or a bad kayo knife will get 0 value if you don't use it at the right time in the right space. in that sense, tejo is just as hard, if not harder than other agents due to that slight delay. the drone is super strong, correct, but once again, droning too early or at the wrong time in the wrong areas will ensure you get 0 value from the util. just like any other agent in the game. if a player times their jett dashes correctly, and get value from it, does this mean we need to nerf the jett dash? not at all. at the highest level, tejo requires good gamesense to get good value from the util. the salvos already have a 35 second cooldown, and you only get 1 drone and one stun each round. hot take but i think tejo is pretty balanced rn. the only thing that is broken is the combos you can create with tejo and breach/fade/deadlock/vyse/basically half of the agents in the game right now.

Red bull honeground is mostly invite only for the good teams and since 100T or C9 ever win that, it is very mickey. But people seem to love it regardless. I guess this ewc thing will be cool to watch now

posted 9 months ago

Ok. I'm not crying though.

posted 9 months ago

No. They did not look great against rrq and it's because of this roster switch up. There is a chance that beyn will not recover from surgery in time for the next match. They have to rematch T1 and/or BOOM and I don't think BOOM will look as bad as they did against geng. Too many factors for me to hope that they clutch up because the cards are very stacked against them.

posted 9 months ago

We aren't talking about me here. Don't try and change the subject. Just admit it, you are not memorable enough. Not many people are. I definitely am not. Most of the "memorable" people on this site are baiters or people who make fools of themselves online. If you can't handle the truth then move along, I'm not going to argue with you about a simple truth.

posted 9 months ago

It still makes no sense. What does that have to do with the guy??

posted 9 months ago

They didn't ask for forgettable moments. You aren't relevant enough to make it on these kinds of things.

posted 9 months ago

Because it feels like you force the glaze. Have you ever liked an overhyped team or player that you didn't support before they became overhyped? I know I haven't, and it's why I hated sentinels until 2025.

posted 9 months ago

Is this relevant in any way??

posted 9 months ago

That's why i said "reclaim". Half of the time that karon has spent in tier 1 has been with mako igling. Now that he isn't anymore, he can return to peak form. Now we can compare when both of them are at their best to see who is the better controller.

posted 9 months ago

Not really. Karon wasn't even in tier 1 when mako was in his prime.
