No, but now it is

Since when has Team Liquid only been "2 OP setup" team? That is just something they do once in a while, but Liquid is way more than that. Nivera, Jamppi, Scream are all good with operator and rifle.
edit: forgot you were on bait mood today

True, but ofc you want to play as many games together as possible.

posted about 3 years ago

I completely forgot about that, because Autimatic has been pretty irrelevant player after that. Playing in random NA squads that never achieved much.

Feels bad for Scream. Imagine getting to play together with your brother on LAN in big tournament just for the other to get covid and having to quarantine.

That could happen, but again its like are Guild/Giants/Heretics/G2 scraps really that much better than current Fnatic? Like in my opinion Yacine/Bonkar/Draken aren't, Giants will most likely keep F1tinho/Ambi/Davidp anyway, there really isn't any Heretics players that come to my mind who would be upgrades and maybe they could get someone like Koldamenta from G2 or even keloqz (again I don't think he different much from Derke). All Fnatic players have pretty high ceiling, but are super inconsistent and Fnatic lacks vision in my opinion. And I still think they should at least keep Magnum and Mistic.
Actually would be interesting to see what Koldamenta could do with this team.

posted about 3 years ago

Changing Fnatic players is pretty hard though. Like who would you even replace? I think most of their players have potential as individuals and are at least decent at their roles. Like do you want to kick Derke and get someone like keloqz? Again I don't think that that would be huge upgrade. Kick Boaster, but lose IGL and Sova? Like its so hard in my opinion. And maybe I'm still little biased due to their Iceland run, but I don't know...

But how is it with rest of Team Liquid? Like I would imagine that they have spent most of their past days with Nivera, so aren't they in risk of having covid as well? And if they don't have covid then why would they spent more time around Nivera in same pracc room? I would imagine they tried to make setup for Nivera in his own room or somewhere else, while rest of them pracc in same room. Its weird.
or maybe it happened before they went to berlin.

kind of like how sentinels fans use shit tables and portion sizes as excuse lmao

Pretty good. Just question that do you stream or record your games usually? Because there isn't any replay system.

I love these casters

Use sens that is between those maybe. I use 3.5 as well and sometimes I try higher because it feels more comfortable, but always change back. My aim just becomes too inconsistent.

Damn good list! Usually you see so much ignorance on these lists, but this was really nice!

posted about 3 years ago

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

posted about 3 years ago

ehh.. they were close, but they lost to Gambit on Haven. Against Chronicle Brimstone and Redgar Reyna. And last map wasn't that close.

posted about 3 years ago

Acend coach said they won 8 out of 9 scrims and only lost to VK unless he said something today

posted about 3 years ago

Mixture of both would be perfect. Valorant = too little, CSGO = too much. I would say I prefer CSGO's system, but obviously events like Masters, Champions, MSI or Worlds are way more hype by their own.

posted about 3 years ago

In finals Envy looked a lot like NA Envy though compared to their games against Sentinels and 100T. Maybe they hit their peak during those games. Who knows.

posted about 3 years ago

FPX is pretty new with this lineup though and they only played 1 map (NA teams are really good on Haven usually).

C9 out there copying Gambit Haven strats smh

posted about 3 years ago

There's been multiple Overwatch (or ex Overwatch) players who switched from games like CSGO or even LoL. Also there's Apex Legends players who played games like CSGO in decent level that switched. Tbh there's quite a lot of people like that. Most "early stars" are like that. They play on tier 4, tier 3 or even tier 2 level on some game and then switch when new game comes out. Not that many tier 1 players though.

posted about 3 years ago

tbh he probably said that because Derke is his old teammate.

posted about 3 years ago

Actually true. I like some Valorant casters, but their style is really different. CSGO casting is way more hype and intense. As guy said above Spanish Valorant casting was really good even though I didn't understand anything. At least all EU casters are really "passive". No hate, just different style.

posted about 3 years ago

I forgot that, but that was kind of it. Nothing huge after it.

posted about 3 years ago

nitr0 and Team Liquid had bad time before he switched to Valorant. That team wasn't working and nitr0 was clearly one of the reasons. And when you leave Team Liquid there really isn't any other NA options, especially when EG still had stanislaw.

posted about 3 years ago

Maybe not washed, but he didn't achieve anything and was playing in shit teams like C9 and GenG.

CSGO is like football (soccer) of esports. There's just so much passion and culture around the game.

EU > NA crowds almost always.

Maybe Netherlands if I would have to live there. Obviously country like Japan would be cool to visit, but not to live.

posted about 3 years ago

and won 8/9 of scrims (non EU teams)

posted about 3 years ago

Team Liquid is from Netherlands. Fnatic is from UK. But true their 2 players and coach are not from EU.

Scammed, but do people actually order room service food? In their case it makes sense, but in normal setting. Those are always overpriced.

posted about 3 years ago

Meddo is solid sentinel player and Hoody is pretty good flex player. I really wish they brought in F1tinho though. No offense to Mixwell, but I'm not too sure about his return to Jett. And they don't seem to have IGL so someone has to take that role. IMO you shouldn't be too exited for these changes, but there is potential if they work as a team and work with their hero pools. There is good amount of time before next tournament.

Holy fuck I thought that this was for all CO-streams for a second. That would have been terrible. Imagine only having 1 day of Plat Chat for example. Or I mean this could be for all regions, but really hope not.

Get some help dude. Either you are just really young to not realize how stupid you sound like, or you have problems. You make nonsensical assumptions and act like a kid. If you don't think those 3 players (or more like 2) and their streams are some of the most toxic in all of Valorant then you must be part of it. Really feel bad for you, sad, sad human being. Go watch some Dapr zoomer normie.

posted about 3 years ago

What tf are you talking about? Your comment is the most dumbest I've seen for a while and really shows your mental age. And even though your age guess was 10 year off, I would still much rather be 30 year old boomer normie than 14 year old zoomer normie. You are just perfect example. Assuming you are regular viewer of these.

posted about 3 years ago

Dapr, Zombs and Shahzam (not as bad) have some of the biggest egos and are some of the most toxic in Valorant. And their chats follow everything they say. The amount of chat messages that I saw of viewers making fun of people for everything was really high. Let it be bad play, whiff, comm issue (even some callouts that are common in EU), accent etc. They are literally criticizing every move some random low Immortal player does and making fun of it. And usually these 3 guys are doing it as well. Just look at Dapr's stream and the only thing he talks about is how shitty the players are that he is playing with. Like we get you are top pro playing against random Immortals.

And I just want to say that no hate towards these players. This is just trend that I've seen with them and their chats. I think its fair critique.

posted about 3 years ago

Wasn't there rumors that Elige was kind of toxic behind the scenes? And some people where even saying Team Liquid should kick him and build team around Stewie and NAF. I don't know are these claims true though.

posted about 3 years ago

Also Soulcas. EU teams were preferring Skye, while NA teams were preferring Sova. That was the narrative during Iceland time and before. NA started using it more after Skye got buffed. Don't know about Subroza though.

posted about 3 years ago

Everyone were acting like if it wasn't close game after it happened. So, I just assumed you were one of those with Sentinels flair. Even though Fnatic were closer than Envy.

posted about 3 years ago

You could say exact same thing about Fnatic in Iceland then. All 3 maps were decided by 2 rounds. They had way closer game against Sentinels than Envy had against Gambit.

posted about 3 years ago

Both games are some of the best in the market and have top 5 esport scenes.

posted about 3 years ago

yeah but the guy was talking about "edit" so I thought he was referring to the videos. Just talking about the styles.
