I think that game can go either way. And it will be close no matter what. Like for Liquid to completely dominate Sentinels would have to play on KRU's level. And I don't think that will happen.

ACE 2-0 VK (Acend will finally make a LAN statement game, VK can win though)
VS 2-0 FNC (One map is close, other more of stomp)
NV 2-0 X10 (hard to say)

2-1 for SEN, just because this tournament has started way too well for EMEA

Nivera is so crisp

Its pretty simple concept. Do bantering (that can be seen as toxic by some people) = get toxicity. That's the answer for whoever made this post.

He kind of has to as Jett even though his OPing is weaker than Jamppi's and Nivera's. Also his rifling is so fucking good that I would rather see him on rifle than on OP.

That is true, but Gambit lost a map to Team Secret and Sentinels lost a map to Furia. On paper KRU should be stronger than those 2. Obviously its hard to say based on little showing and could be possible that KRU are weaker.

Someone asked why they get a lot of toxicity and I told the reason. + plus the line between banter and toxicity is really thin and you can't always hide behind "banter". Not my opinion.

posted about 2 years ago

Sentinels are most toxic team, so obviously they will get a lot of toxicity as well.

Respect to Furia

I don't know about that. C9 looked lost and Leaf couldn't do much. But Fnatic could have won 2-0 if C9 didn't make comeback. And even C9 only looked really good in LCQ finals, so we don't know can they keep that level and how consistently.

Let's hope Team Liquid doesn't choke...

and now they wasted both kj and sova ult

Tbh Liquid could lose to them as well. Not likely, but KRU is decent team if they play to their full potential.

I dont get why people say theyre an overrated team… have you not seen how insane they performed against FURIA who are favourites coming to this tournament… they destroyed and insane team like FURIA who didnt even reach double digits. With this insane performance I dont think anyone stands a chance against Sentinels, I doubt they will drop a map.

kind of unlucky with frenzy though

they have now thrown 2 rounds with same play lol like yes let me challenge with odin while having zero hp

posted about 2 years ago

They are playing against Furia. Ascent still isn't optimal for Sentinels, but if you look at the 2 teams and their potential/peak Sentinels should be the favorites no matter what. Obviously Gambit just lost a map against Team Secret, but I feel like their performance was more of a secret than Furia's. Would love to be proved wrong.

against fucking Furia...

Eurasia really isn't official continent though

posted about 2 years ago

Depends a lot what you mean with "EU" Europe, European Union, EU Valorant region...? Gambit and most of their players are geographically from Europe. You can't change that. And when it comes to EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) they are from Europe from that list.

stop

posted about 2 years ago

Gambit is European team and their players (outside of nAts maybe) are European. But, I'm not worried. Team Secret looked good, while Gambit looked shaky and not that prepared.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean its pretty clear that they weren't that prepared for Team Secret. TS are playing much better than expected.

posted about 2 years ago

They were literally losing bunch of rounds to fucking Crazy Raccoon during Masters 3 and still ended up winning whole thing. Gambit isn't looking that good, but stuff like this happens. Team Secret is also doing really weird and aggressive plays.

Tbh today's game outside of KRU vs Liquid are kind of whatever. Winner of Masters 3 going against arguably the weakest team on paper (Gambit vs TS) and Masters 2 winners going against arguably the 2nd weakest team on paper (Sentinels vs Furia). KRU vs Liquid could be pretty close actually or it could be dominant for Liquid.

Fnatic players were hitting their shots. Derke was on fire. Even players like Boaster who has looked pretty bad online showed great fragging at times. They just played better than what I expected. They had some great ideas and their comps were nice. While C9 just looked kind of lost and Leaf couldn't get much done. This game almost was 2-0 for Fnatic, but C9 managed to do comeback on Split and almost on Fracture.
All I can say is that I can't wait for Fnatic vs VS Fracture. Both teams seem to be pretty cracked on that map (as long as Fnatic learns to close out games).

posted about 2 years ago

Fnatic weren't even supposed to win this match. C9 played bad, but Fnatic had the control all game long outside of maybe couple of moments. They were leading on Split, but couldn't close it out. And Fracture could have been way more dominant, but C9 kind of activated in the end.

WTF FNATIC

posted about 2 years ago

C9 isn't playing as well as in LCQ and Fnatic is playing better than expected.

posted about 2 years ago

I was a doubter... I'm sorry. Even winning map 1 was way more than I expected, and Split looks competitive as well. Respect!

posted about 2 years ago

Guys chill. Icebox is one of Fnatic's best maps and Derke always perform really well there. Split is almost 100% going to C9 unless Fnatic pulls some crazy shit and Fracture is big ?

posted about 2 years ago

Derke is popping off and C9 is playing really weak. Like they are doing dumb plays all the time.

NA happy they are taking rounds from team that isn't even top 5 in EU currently KEKW

posted about 2 years ago

if they just get that far

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah but as the other guy said they have been pretty shit since Iceland. They have given so many opportunities to show that they are team to reckon with, but always fail to do so. From individuals to teamplay. Like they have so many things they have to fix.

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know about that one. Fnatic isn't even top 5 EU team currently, while C9 just won LCQ.

posted about 2 years ago

Just wait for CR vs TS or VKS vs TS KEKW
I'm pretty sure TS is supposed to be even worse than those 2.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean the difference is only like 3cm compare that to for example Korea to Finland that is 9cm.

Korean average height is low
