twitch chat is saying it’s zekken on an alt.
what if it’s wardell… just subbing in for random teams for fun?
one thing for sure, it’s not some Radiant/Immortal actually named that. Clearly an alt.

It looks like he already "carried" a decent team and then got signed to a super team (which it was, at the time, with nitr0). Maybe his window has closed, or maybe not. I'm certainly not wishing on his downfall, but I've seen firsthand how a team and players can fall off after a brief period of dominance (flair).
i have them making it out of group A with fnatic, should be interesting from there.
he’s not in NA playoffs so i couldn’t list him here. see #4
Hopefully this was an enjoyable and informative read, I'll look over feedback if you care to leave any. For my personal opinion, yay and cryo are the clear best in NA. Saya is very close, but I don't want to overrate him until I see him use the operator a bit more. He should quickly move into the same tier as yay and cryo, though. Other than that, I think ban and bdog are decent young talents to watch. TenZ, penny, and leaf are all solid but strike me more as cracked riflers. I do love me some Wardell, but he hasn't played at a Tier 1 level in a while, so I can't include him in my top 3 anymore. I also rated Shahz in the top 3 from my first article, but he hasn't used the operator consistently in a while, so I'm removing him, too.
This is Part 2 of my "Best Operators in NA" series, which will focus on Challengers Playoffs. Part 1 focused on Operator performance during the Challengers Group Stage. To recap, OpTic yay was the best statistically, with XSET Cryo being a clear second. Behind them were players such as TGRD Sayaplayer, LG bdog, PKS ban, SEN TenZ, NRG s0m, and V1 penny.
Once again, I must clarify that the following list is strictly sorted by operator kills and not necessarily operator skill. I'm focusing on statistics, not my personal opinions. Also, per recommendation, I will be including kills/map, rather than simply kills, in this list. By default, all Jett/Chamber (operator agents) maps will be counted. Maps played with Raze (Saya) or Killjoy (Mitch), for example, will not be counted. As a final note, Chamber ultimate kills count as Operator kills in this list.
XSET Cryocells: 72 op kills, 14 ult kills, 86 kills, 10 maps, 8.6 k/map
Cryo posted a 65-40 statline in a 1-2 first round loss to OpTic. Notably, he went 12-7 in first bloods and 16-7 against Yay, his closest competitor. His red-hot streak continued through the lower bracket. Cryo destroyed the Knights (and ban) with a 58-22 statline, obliterated LG (and bdog) with a 47-19 statline, and ultimately fell against C9 (43-40, the sole bright spot on the team) to finish 4th. Although XSET's run ended in disappointment, Cryo's individual performance gave us a glimpse into his bright future. His 287.7 ACS, 1.76 KD, and 175.9 ADR were all the highest in the playoffs.
OpTic yay: 87 op kills, 17 ult kills, 104 kills, 13 maps, 8.0 k/map
Although I gave 1st to Cryo for variety's sake, Yay is basically 1b on this list. He did his job as consistently as usual, allowing OpTic to cruise through the upper bracket and become the 1st NA team to qualify for Iceland. After a quiet round 1 victory against XSET, he carried OpTic against C9, finishing with a 60-42 statline and a 33K map. Yay then silenced the Guard with a 42-23 statline to qualify, and he top-fragged the seeding match (2-3 loss) Grand Final.
PKS ban: 33 op kills, 1 ult kill, 34 kills, 5 maps, 6.8 k/map
Despite early elimination at the hands of XSET and C9, ban performed well in a limited sample size. His match MVP efforts against C9 gave Knights a fighting chance, but ban's quiet performance against XSET and Cryocells marked the end of his tournament run.
C9 mitch: 24 op kills, 9 ult kills, 33 kills, 5 maps, 6.6 k/map
Fan-favorite mitch is surprisingly high on this list. Nothing against him, but he's not a Chamber/operator one-trick, so he's not considered one of NA's best operators. Mitch shared operator duties on C9 with Leaf and used it more effectively during this playoffs, even picking it up one map on Killjoy.
TGRD Sayaplayer: 51 op kills, 11 maps, 4.6 k/map
Sayaplayer flexes to Raze after Jett and hasn't touched Chamber yet, but that hasn't hurt his performance with the Operator. When called upon, he was very effective with the weapon and should represent NA well at Iceland.
LG bdog: 19 kills, 12 ult kills, 31 kills, 7 maps, 4.4 k/map
SEN TenZ: 14 op kills, 4 maps, 3.5 k/map
V1 penny: 17 op kills, 11 ult kills, 28 kills, 9 maps, 3.1 k/map
C9 leaf: 30 op kills, 5 ult kills, 35 kills, 12 maps, 2.9 k/map
TGRD neT: 9 op kills, 21 ult kills, 30 kills, 10 maps, 3.0 k/map
I think neT deserved a special place at the bottom of this list. He didn't touch the operator much, but he had the most Chamber ultimate kills in the event. He and Saya share operator duties much like mitch/leaf, and both are effective.

i like greasy burgers and i think it's unfair to hide that from people
imagine -mitch +wardell and watch this site burn down lmaoooo
let's see how wardell can handle the killjoy awp, mitch diff
well damn
42-19 and 31-20 on the way to a +36 differential
OMG WHERE IS WARDELL /s
Allow me to introduce you to TSM FTX Stephen "reltuC" Cutler
And even this is not as bad as some games other people have linked. I'm curious the worst LAN performance.
tsm currently has 5 members and 100t has at most 3, so yes i think tsm could squeak by in that matchup
idk, the most success tsm ever had was when he IGLed (faze clan invitational).
corey can also play skye, kayo, raze, neon, and reyna (lol). rossy can play any meta agent in the game. subroza can play plenty of agents, too. i think tsm is going for flexibility here, not sure how it will work for them though.
leaf isn't an awper. wardell is top 3 with yay and cryo, saya is 4th and could go up based on his iceland performance and wardell's future.
Please Wardell sign somewhere soon so I can remove this embarrassment of a flair.
gMd replacing aleko would have been a decent move prior to Wardell leaving. this probably means that roza goes back to his throwing skye ways smh.
reminds me of floppy, i guess the paychecks they steal in CSGO are worth more than the ones they stole in Valorant
Right, I meant fringe as of last year. I’m with you that we can’t count on them to perform this year.
I’d love to see 100T with Wardell and TSM with Subroza somehow both make groups, but Wardell may just retire for content and TSM is a constant struggle bus.
Ethan was fantastic last year, especially on LAN, and I’m biased because of his rather successful (by NA standards) CS career. However, he hasn’t played well lately. Sova and Chamber are not meant for him.
Hiko is good if his other 4 teammates are cracked zoomer entry gods, and he also played well on LAN. His clutches are fun, but he can only play Sova well.
Set them both free, tbh.
OpTic getting grouped and Guard choking early solely due to lack of LAN experience. Nearest Airport region out. Then G2 wins it. I love G2 in CS but for some reason they rub me the wrong way in Valorant, not a fan of how they kept shuffling Mixwell/Keloqz. They’re a great team, though.
Assuming 12 teams:
OpTic, Guard, C9, XSET guaranteed
Pure guesswork:
V1, LG, ???
SEN fell off but it would be strange for them not to make top 12. V1 and LG seem consistent enough to qualify. PKS came out of nowhere, so I doubt their longevity. NRG, EG, 100T may repeat but seem like flukes. Rise disbanded. The bottom 5-6 spots are up in the air, which is … good for the scene … I guess? We could see the likes of FaZe, Andbox, compLexity, or even TSM (lol) qualify.
Other fringe teams like Akrew, Ghost, Soniqs, KCP, BBG, and RNG have gone through a bunch of roster turnover or disbanded completely.
how can ppl be angry with trembo? he’s either a hopeless fanboy or a dedicated alter ego troll. either way, he’s HILARIOUS to have around. to this day, i remember clicking on his mwzera thread for the first time and seeing him post DEATHMATCH STATS of all things. had me dying.
or just move to iceland, you poor softies 😂 /s
Just bring over EG’s roster at that point.

Somehow I’m allowed on my parents’ insurance at 21, without it I would’ve been paying $2k+ for a tiny fracture in my finger. They sent me out the ER with a stint and some tape, “Get well soon buddy,” then sweetly fucked me over. Universal health care would be the best thing that could happen to USA, and that’s not even political, it’s basic decency.

the subroza cheating accusations never came close to being proven
seven rossy corey subroza are all very versatile. if they get a solid fifth they may do okay. i just hope we haven’t seen the last of Wardell in pro play.
The only NA CS team worth a shit is Liquid. I wonder how good an ex-Valorant team would be, if people like Ethan, Wardell, Subroza went back to CS. No way they’re worse than Complexity and EG.
pretty sure gmd was a consistent top frag actually
just don’t play cypher or killjoy EVER unless you are #bitchmade #chamberFTWfrenchchad
Get a clean fade, i’ll do my best to save you on this one
has the derrek deal been announced, though? as far as i know, nothing has been made official. that goes for FaZe and any other ex-Rise members, too. AFAIK
I love Wardell man but really he may just do content creation. he’s the best awper, obviously insane, but you gotta be versatile and he doesn’t like entry rifling. if this was CS, he would instantly have a team (given that Liquid is the only NA CS team worth a shit rn, he could honestly switch back lol). Awping in Valorant is less important it seems.
why keep those two? asuna can’t compete vs leaf, penny, much less international duelists. ethan hasn’t played well this year and can’t IGL worth a shit. are you relying on coaching and extra time to improve those issues? they’ve only got a few weeks to get ready for next Stage…
it is pro league which is prob the most important event he’s played so far. then again, he’s only played the worst teams in the group (Ago and the 2 NA teams). i think he’s doing alright for a young guy forced to stand in while playing online.
this is why i love trembo
i’m 400 pounds and play FortNite 14 hours a day from my dark bedroom. My mother drops off McDonalds at the door four times a day, and walking to pick it up is the most exercise I get in a day.
navi junior puts out some insane talent
headtrick, bit, monesy, etc
if tsm had signed critical instead of levi (that’s who it came down to last year) i wonder what would have been different. good bad or no change
if you listen to the voice comm videos and have any idea how social interactions work, it’s clear that levi had personality clashes with both bang and then rossy. not sure why, but u could just hear the ego clashes surfacing in the comms sometimes.
wardell derrek bang gMd 5th
nobody of hiko ethan or asuna should be left, blow it all up

same, what has he done to deserve being on there with actual big 10k+ streamers. plus his stream is set up like shit, all i could see in his facecam is his forehead.
What has Emilshe1n done to deserve any viewership at all? He was a nobody and confirmed cheater in CSGO. He was absolutely ass during his time on Immortals in Valorant. He acted very fucking strange to a female teammate at one point in ranked. I get some people in this community love supporting sexists, but what’s the appeal behind this guy?
where’s mwzera?!
