Nope. I don't think any of them are clear upgrades over Shahzam. Valyn might be in terms of fragging but not IGLing. Shahz looked like the better IGL to me in their game against the Guard in LCQ.
zekken or leaf or whoever plays Chamber they're pretty flexible.
