Hot take : I still think Shahz is a really good player but he can't be competing on a franchised team if he wants to keep streaming 8hrs a day. Also unless they get FNS or dephh there is not a clear better IGL available. So if they keep him he needs to change shit up and there needs to be a strict coach and other pieces keeping him and all the players in check. But I would much rather have FNS or dephh.

But as I said coaches aren't in a hurry to be signed. Pretty much all the teams in franchising already have coaches. So they don't have to hurry. After the soft lock they can get a coach, and even change players if needed. Ideally they should have someone in mind already.
Its not like they have a lot of time to sign players. Also hurrying to sign a coach is not that great. The coach shouldnt be the priority the players should be. And as much as the coach should have an authority over the team the players should be comfortable with the coach.

FNS is good but i feel like big personalities like Zellsis(if he comes back) or Dapr might overpower Valyn on team. But other than that hes great too.

he was playing Phoenix and Raze at some point. I dont think anyone was holding him back. He doesnt care abt roles either. And he took an extended break during Stage 2.
yeah. He still is a really good player but his oping sucks(too inconsistent). so this was inevitable.
Zellsis actually blew tf up after he joined SEN not just content wise but also people started regarding him as a top player too. He was still a really good player. But he was kinda overshadowed by Zander and sometimes Penny on V1. His brief LCQ run with SEN did so much for his career imo.
