I mean its kinda expected no? SEN were struggling the whole first half of the year. He still had some insane hard carry games. Then during LCQ he debuted his Chamber and played pretty well overall. He had limited scope to do anything cause they didnt really qualify for anything. Just like cNed or m3c players.

I think Valyn is a gamble. I dont find his IGL ing to be much better than Shahz and also idk if he has a strong enough personality to manage other players on SEN. Zander is def not a better IGL than Shaz but is an amazing player. So they could still get him as a controller.

If they cant get FNS or dephh I dont think anyone else will be a definite upgrade to Shaz.
