most people watch valorant because they like the game and top pro's are flashy, its a very small set of people that watch for strategy
compare sliggy to tariks stream and you'll see whats more popular

choosing mud to make a mousepad more rough is wild but he is 200x better than me so I gotta try it
How can this man feel comfortable playing with his whole wingspan
there was some kind of report from riot games that said ZA didnt meet server requirements, not really sure what that means but I remember some of my friends from ZA complaining about it
pretty much all the devs for project l are og names in the fighting game community as well, super promising
also wanna add the first KC vs TH wasnt as much of an upset match just more of an upsetting match to watch
one of my favourite upset matches to watch was KOI vs NAVI opening day of EMEA
the fall off of sova stops him from being in that top top tier of players but if sova keeps being reintroduced to a lot of maps it will really help him because his sova is only second to leo in EMEA imo
thinking jamppi isnt star material is a wild take
It seems much more common in Americas for teams to look lost then after a bit of time look much more cohesive and also the opposite of that
Teams either grow super fast or fall apart very fast and thats not really the case in the other 2 regions, its normally a much slower process
examples of 100T from last year to this year is night and day, EG adding Demon1 and the whole team looking MUCH better and now every KRU player playing better than they did during the season with just a bit of time
I would say KC were kind of the same from EMEA but KC were throwing before ZEISH they just needed someone to point out the obvious
Why do Americas teams grow and fall so much quicker than other regions?
dont think KRU were ever the worst despite the 0/9 record and they are now also not the best imo
most games KRU lost were 3 maps with a close third map during the season
KRU also werent expected to make it far into playoffs so teams wouldnt have been watching them as closely as other teams to anti/understand their protocols, so other teams werent as ready for them but I also cant deny keznits numbers right now because theyre crazy
finally started playing to their potential
navi aint even making champs lets be real
pac: scarz/bonkers
emea: apeks/fokus (done so much for polaris region)
americas: m80
I understand that but asking a 16 year old for nudes when you're in your 20's is not normal and that man should not be on a stage
I was under the impression it was Pancc when he was 18 messaging a 16 year old girl
but he was a few years into his 20's?
how is this man allowed to play?
controller - RgLMeister
bang either fairly rated or overrated, seen so many people put him as one of the best controllers in americas league
arguably some of the best players in their roles if they just stuck to their roles
need to see how him and potter deal with more vods being out there but looking promising for him
people are acting as if boaster put up a rating of 0.50 at Tokyo even though he put up the best stats as an IGL throughout the whole event
panpoc and bren/sideshow are the elite caster duos
Honestly just wanna see how many highlights there is gonna be of the game because both teams have players that can just win them rounds they should never be able to win
boaster is a really good IGL
the lotus game vs EG was a masterclass in how to call
he does have some of the worst mechanics out of all IGLs and has the best roster that has been specifically built around him, mini and derke but his actual IGLing is top 3 in the world
wippie plays 800dpi 1.572sens, fucking absurd
has everyone been watching a different NRG than me or how are they so high on everyones list?
Just watched sliggy's breakdown and it was just a highlight reel Zmjjkk does not miss
Giants look like they would sweep the NaVi we seen against EDG
As someone with tinnitus since 2021, if this has been happening for over a week be ready to accept it's going to be something you're going to live with. There is some therapies you can do that help you to tone out the noise but personally haven't tried them. Best advice I can give is mask the tinnitus sound with other sounds at a similar pitch especially when sleeping because it can be pretty annoying to sleep with tinnitus. There are some stories of people having their tinnitus weaken or disappear altogether so that can be something to look forward to.
XMS - Minima sheriff because that man is always on sheriff for some reason
quite a lot of EMEA IGLs are smokes so they never put up the best numbers + EMEA doesn't have any fragging IGLs
he said he was in jail for a week and spent the past 2 months in mental care
should take his word with a grain of salt right now considering you cant understand half the words he says but thats what I picked up
someone who was in mental care for 2 months wouldn't come out without a prescription for something
He is definitely on a cocktail of stuff and I would say he probably has prescriptions from being in mental care, genuinely unsafe amount of things to mix
crystal meth has side effects of autism? tf you on about?
He deserves it. Personal issues, some physical problems and people always talking about him no matter what his performance is in game.
Should be a nice step out of the spotlight for him, hope he comes back feeling refreshed.
cant see another player that can take over as the sova player, all good ones are held in teams that could compete for ascension
if an IGL has strong midrounding can see a comp they have never played before and understand their strengths and weaknesses and build a basic game plan on the spot, they're a good IGL
Something all 4 IGL's you mentioned can do and I would also say stax is in the top tier IGL category
harbour/viper meta makes it hell for viewers and observers because everyone is just getting spammed through smokes
I would imagine he prefers the seconds caller role on a team, more comfortable and doesnt have to spend the extra time and effort that could hinder his current play to learn the IGL role when he is already one of the best in his current role that a team could want
if he was a fraud coach he wouldnt be taking what everyone though would be a bottom 3 team in Americas to a positive record
hope people will start to take this 6th man seriously incase of people leaving and perhaps leaving a literal gaping hole in the team
we are entering a meta that will be even more brain numbing to watch than chamber meta or viper/astra meta
probably Cloud on Giants even though he was pretty good before he lived in 7ssk7's shadow on the old Na'Vi roster but nowadays showing his strength and consistency
with raw aim, I would argue derke
but valorant is more than raw aim, so its so hard to say a definitive best player, I would have derke, chronicle, leo, crashies, kingg, mako, rb, tennn, khalil, sheydos, trexx, aspas, cauanzin, k1ng and probably a lot more than just dont come to mind at the moment, all up there as very strong players
for igling its between saadhak, boaster, fns, kingg, stax and maybe ange1 as long as he doesnt troll his comps
so many players and it'll take a few years to see who stays on top
it is a bloated topic right now but just wanted to share frustrations with the way Sentinels have ran their team
Sentinels bought a team of superstars (and dephh) and expected results immediately. The only reason, as an outsider, Sykko would've been booted from his coach role is for not getting those results. (Could be other issues within the team but as far as we know, it's for results). Their team needed time and synergy as there was real core that was brought over from another team or kept from Sentinels for the VCT 2023 season. Instead, they start making changes and their are rumours of Marved playing next week (I personally doubt that but also doubted they'd kick their fucking coach).
I've said it before on VLR and I will say it again. This Sentinels roster was a mistake. They should've invested heavily on a very strong IGL with flexible players to play around TenZ and fit to his playstyle as he is their win condition and why so many people watch Sentinels. I don't exactly like TenZ's playstyle but I do have to say that it works but it needs a certain set of people to enable him to play like that and he just doesn't get that support. I do not blame the players for not being able to play to their top potential when they are being brought into a new team environment and for pancada especially, learning a whole new language. I do not blame TenZ for his bad performance's on this roster for many reasons outside of the game but as well as what I just mentioned, the team is not built for him when it should be.
The last thread I did about Sentinels I held out hope for them as a team as they still had to build their synergy but with the management looking hasty for results, I am losing more and more hope for this roster.
TL;DR - I aint reading allat, nice thoughts tho
for some reason I remember him saying it was pronounced "nuke-ie" but I could definitely be wrong
Although Heretics are struggling in a lot of their matches, I feel like the Zeek's IGLing has been very impressive for having only started IGLing for Heretics after Lock In. His midrounding is getting better every map they play, although some full executes they run can be a little off. After watching them first week of EMEA and seeing the atrocity that was Pearl I had no faith but slowly gaining more and more faith in this roster.
Their Pearl is still ass though.
fair thing to think, same was said about boaster and mini before lock/in before proving theyre not the problem
