it's very rare to see post-plant lineups in pro play, and I've watched a little of most regions (mainly NA, but that's to be expected). I know a few lineups on Brim, but they're very situational. Perhaps teams value another player fighting on site to prevent a retake over a post plant "baiter" who watches their teammates die to buy time. or maybe we will start seeing post plant lineups in iceland, who knows.

Combat score is what determines positions on the leaderboard, not frags. That's why a 15-10 Sova who stays alive to clutch rounds will be below a 15-20 Raze who entries and gets first bloods. Assists also factor into combat score, whether through damage or stim/recon/blind/etc. Support players can easily top frag in lower ranks, especially when they deserve a higher rank.
