No stream, only Himothys will have a watchparty here:
Nope, Valorant is their only active division. We can't even count hearthstone since that game is practically also dead.
Yeah, I got corrected almost immediately. Now we know that it's the Young roster, it's just a matter of knowing the actual names of the players to match the database.
It's a Thai restaurant in SG. They're sponsored by a restaurant
KR and JP has their own VCLs and while it can be argued, logistically, TW/HK is more suitable to be paired up with VCT SEA/APAC.
FWIW, a few community members (including me) tried to find and lobby for an ID and PH TO to hold the tournaments, but there were some hurdles that the window to create one diminishes pretty quickly.
VN and TW/HK had theirs planned a while back, and it was almost no less than a miracle we got something going for MY/SG w/ Breakpoint. It almost never happened.
It's a flurry of unfortunate circumstances, in which I hope we can push better from.
It's always been that way since LMS was a thing in the LoL ecosystem, simple as that. It has been a part of the Pacific ecosystem, and it carried over to VCT. End of story.
Yep. Spitfires, x3b, and player are off the main roster
They did! It's been since the start of 2023, there are awards for at least VCT Americas and VCT CN.

It's not confirmed.
Talks are ongoing, GC off the table.
There will be, it's just we haven't gotten concrete details.
Well, they were officially announced just now. Even sword9, hypnotizing, AC and MrCANI's announcement on Weibo was today. It's a CN thing to announce their roster moves late, I swear.
I do agree that some are probably jumping the gun (such as myself) but I specifically mentioned the core bc only a few people knew that the core absolutely ran through KR ranked at the time they got into Challengers last year
Both them and the original iteration of SLT eSports in 2023 (which ironically had Sungmin as their coach) were filled with young hopefuls from the KR scene
And the difference between Ascension BLEED and Pacific BLEED is the fact both nephh and Juicy couldn't make it after Ascension and had to be replaced (potentially ruined their cohesion), while SPG/NS so far retained all 5 members of their roster.
34-8 map record, 15-0 match winning streak, and coming off fresh as a Premier team (after failing VERY closely in Split 1). The core was touted as Korea's future last year under Gwangju Shadow/Shadow Corporation/Team OGS, and people who knows it was just a matter of time. Added veteran presence like Persia and margaret and the perfect meta (dambi is a Neon merchant but he's actually decent at other duelists too, check his Split 2 stats beyond Neon). They were tested, but never faltered.
I don't expect them to be absolute world beaters (despite my pickems saying otherwise), but I expect them to be decently competitive.
fixed
ZETA always try to maximize their academy players in offseason tournaments. Remember RBHG last year when Caedye and yatsuka were in? Same thing.
They're just 3 out of 10 players in the system, there's nothing wrong in +rep their experience and exposure considering they'll be in Challengers JP next year.
She's retired technically
I am starting to be convinced either TS was too adamant keeping the vibes or NAOS made some black magic contract deals
It's all my doing, not theirs. I made a new team page in consideration that it wouldn't mix with the main VCT team page, and the name was taken from their own announcement.
The more I thought about it, the better I figure to change it like this.
https://www.vlr.gg/pickem/d924fd5d god forbid me from having too much power
Sorry folks, had a bit of a hiccup. Re-do your pickems, bracket's fixed
Crashies will literally play 2 maps wdym, sayonara is here bc he's still contracted for the offseason and why not statpadding for his further resume
If you see SCARZ's previous lineup, you'll know why he brought it up as an example. And oh, MENA, too.
Take anything said by MonteCristo with a huge grain of salt
Not saying I don't believe him, it's just his character lmao
Magnificent. Never underestimate any Challengers teams.
The tier barriers are a construct.
Not our fault. SOOP re-uses JP Laz's Pacific tournament account to TH Laz for this tournament.
That's not us. JP Laz only had one tournament client account in their database. SOOP, in all its mighty glory, uses that account for some reason. They reused it.
No, sadly. VCL KR has reached their limit on the Academy teams allowed (DRX Prospects, T1 Academy, Gen.G Global Academy)
Will update ASAP
Edit: Tixinha invitational will have to wait for Split 3 BR to be finished

It's not that I don't mind. It's literally against the one rule that is permanently stickied.
Their core is allowed to stay as a collective group, and NS can't make them an academy team since VCL KR already reached the limit for academy teams (DRX, T1, GEN). Most likely they'll be picked up by another org or disband.
Was wondering. Thanks for the clarification
Will be updated soon
Ga masuk ranking.
Nope, the 12 PM was the default VLR time and I haven't changed it. I got confirmation that it was supposed to be 9 PM.
It's essentially a transfer of assets, so to speak. It's not a loophole, as all Ascension teams are subject to a pre-Partnership vetting process to determine their sustainability and capability to participate within the system (and by proxy, the agreement that all Partnership must agree on).
If 2G, even with their supposedly lesser financials either deemed themselves as capable of participating in the system or Riot sees them as a non-issue, then it's up to them.
But if Riot deemed SPG couldn't and the ownership from SPG themselves sees it as a much better solution, then it's a more or less ideal solution (regardless of releasing their current VCL squad).
It's a much better move from Riot considering what happened to TGRD/G2 and any potential similar situations that might happen after.
list the ones who are online and I'll see who can I add
Tbf, I saw the image and it's basically academy/subs players. Only Bunt and Player is from the main team. GE didn't lie, they just decieved and omitted a partial truth.
Fellas, it's their real roster. You do realize that CN and APAC accounts are on different clients, and most likely, the CN players never had to play on their APAC accounts unless they used VPN and most likely those accounts are only used sparingly.
I've recorded several dozes APAC accounts of Chinese players. It's the exact same motive. If it's random players, explain how bunt's account is the exact one I recorded almost two years ago.
The event is a letdown, sure. But that's it.
And you'd be SURPRISED on how many accounts are copying pro player names, lmao. Even CHICHOO's acc copied nAts' name.
And? Akame has played in Japan more than he has been in Korea, and Jinboong have always been a touted prospect coming out of SLT. His time in Sengoku just proved that he can frag as better.
Those Koreans are as supported in the Japanese system. They're not the sole x-factor, as the rest of the team are.
