I'm surprised t0nz didn't win considering the amount of fanboys
Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
This post feels so random
Valorant going 6v6 will do the same thing as Overwatch going 5v5.
Let's not
Talon is like FUT ok team with one amazing player carrying their asses.
Results are currently quite accurate ngl
DRX is just a matter of proving themselves but knowing about their track record, I don't feel all that hopeful
EDG are good but they've had their time to shine.
They're lucky that 2024 was a weak year for VCT overall. But hey, everyone's got an opinion so we'll just have to see what Kickoff brings
Nah, I've got multiple.
G2? Great
SEN? Good
KRU? Meh
MiBR? Meh
Mood.
But yea, I gotta root for G2
It's weird how hard teams fall.
EG I understand. Their roster completely changed
FNC... same roster last year and yet ouch. Luckily Derke is doing well this year
PRX... same roster past 100000 years and yet ouch.
Loud... slight roster change from 2022 to 2023 and yet, apart from the Kick-Off run, the rest was painful.
Weren't EG favorites along with FNC at Champions?
I expected a FNC v EG rematch at Champs. Unfortunate that FNC took that double L against Loud
We've all got a multiple teams that we enjoy rooting for but what are some teams or players you tend to root against for whatever reason?
Meteor isn't live, wym?
What am I supposed to watch when I'm bored at work now!
4 days with no VCT
Nah, ever winner has been accused before.
It's easy being salty ya know
I'm pretty sure every winner has been a fraud winner if you listened to everyone on here.
Derke, Meteor, leaf or t3xture
People are hyped up for G2 v SEN?
I feel like the winner is obvious
I think someone told me that Academy teams can't make it to ascension... but if they do, I know they're not allowed to ascend to tier 1 so they'd end up selling the roster to another org likely
Who is Uzi? A random child in bronze then? Ok
Bad roster for sure
Who is Uzi? Started watching league like 3 years ago and never seen him in any teams
Idk who was but kids will say just about anything.
Quite impressive indeed!
Give it 2 more years and we're heading towards a LoL situation
G2 is the way.
Objectively, I feel like their odds of making it to most/all grand finals are extremely high.
The rest of Americas feels ok but not a contender to win. Then again, it's all talk. We shall see how each region does when it really comes down to it
Only ones worth considering for turkish players are xeus and Alfajer ngl
Who wins?
I think NS would but then again, I'm biased
Would you by any chance know why he isn't back yet? Struggling with a physical or mental issue?
Such fond memories of him playing.
I remember how he'd carry Fnatic in 2024 when the rest of the team was struggling
What are some VCT pacific players that perform very well and consistently?
The ones that obviously come to mind for me are:
Meteor
t3xture
Primmie
Karon
Meiy
Buzz
What happens if an academy makes it to tier 1?
So this year, Masters will only have 8 teams participating (2 grand finals per region)?
Isn't that kinda underwhelming
Edit: My bad, thought both masters and champs would be 8 players.
Do people really hate on Primmie? As for the other talon players, they really do lack consistency so I get that.
Primmie is objectively a top tier player. Few players that I expect solid performances by every game and Primmie is def one of those players.
Honestly... Meiy
Primmie had a great game today but I'd need more of the same in future games to acknowledge consistency
Let go of Governor and ban and sign Thai players.
There's some real talent in Made in Thailand
Impressive first run in Tier 1!
Looking forward to see if they'll improve through the year
"rivaling kk and aspas"
Let's move on, they're old news
This guy decided to suck ass and throw every round on this map so far
