If G2 were to win this game. They will need to have made some serious improvements from their opening match. Got rid of all those LAN nerves, and made their attacking halves air-tight.

I like SEN a lot, probably more than G2 tbh, but I really hope SOMEONE can beat them this time- just for a change of scenery! My money is on Gambit to finally topple them - but we will see.

Can't wait for this game, it will be a great indicator as to whether ANYONE can beat the champs...

I have Zeta in Pickems, but having watch CR yesterday, I can't imagine Japan's second seed is going to stand up to KRU.

I really hope they try and play the 6 man roster.

Kryptix has had a rough patch this challengers, but he was a monster on killjoy and has great viper play too.

Going into Iceland, he was putting up some of the best stats on his agents.

My worry with this move is that liquid don't really need more headshot machines. They need a sick sova player. Or at least another dedicated support/initiator player.

I think it's cool that scream and his brother get to play together. The synergy could be amazing. But I'm not sure it actually fixes the problems that liquid have been experiencing. This sort of feels like liquid are going for a "don't worry, we'll just shoot better than our opposition" approach - which might work in the short-term but I'm not sure how far that will get them.

It might be enough for LCQ though, so we'll see.

They came up through the UK scene as Tarren Mill. Then, sort of sprang on the Europe scene when they nearly made it to VCT, placing 4th in challengers 2.

I think Sliggy is nuts. He'll have to be to sort out Liquid's agent comp issues.

My hope is that liquid will try a sixth man, possibly bringing back ardiis from the old Fish123 days, so they can rotate a sova main into the squad.

I reckon it takes a seriously good coach to manage a six man rotation. The strats are one thing, but the mental aspect must be really hard to stay on top of.

If anyone could pull that off successfully, it's Sliggy.

It could be. I can't see Moviestar beating Tenstar based on recent results. It sort of depends on how well team finest do against acend. That could potentially be the closest game...

I'd say that Gambit were favourites coming in. Most of the analysts and commentators locked in Gambit for the win. But liquid have a habit of unlocking Godmode in lower brackets.

Scrappy, but the stallions made good in the end.
