This is true. Viper is also a must pick, in my opinion. The fact that she can have excellent util on both sides of the map at once is too useful to miss out on. Cypher over Killjoy for the same reason as Viper.

I currently play Kay-0 on Fracture, or Viper. But, I think I might have to learn me some Breach.

This is how 'meta' works. It's the same in literally all sports. A new meta will come along for a map that totally undercuts current expectations, and that's when you get score lines like 13-0. even at the highest level for play.
