sportswashing, soon want valorant to join this horseshit circus

posted 5 months ago

on fucking god, how do you give the best analysist to a player who shit talked the current best and most consistent team in his own sport, this is actually stupid.

posted 5 months ago

exactly

posted 5 months ago

to fucking malr1ne, a guy from falcons, such a surprise

posted 5 months ago

well yeah, it has such great games running as rennsport,

posted 5 months ago

so no one from heretics :)))))))))))))))))) HAQHAHAHAHAHHAHBAAHBAHA

posted 5 months ago

Surely a bigger esport scene than vct.
It's either lol or cs. LoL if you value viewership, CS if you value number of events, TOs, general prize pool and Etc.

posted 5 months ago

not riot, it's hosted by esports world cup, who realy really really want to get valorant into the pool, giving them these awards MIGHT attract riot into regging valo, just as LoL. Other winners are also questionable, malr1ne over donk, pimp the best analysist (NOT EVEN the best analysist in CS). Riot have nothing to do with this, just that EWC want to get Riot to compete in EWC, got LoL and TFT this year, looking to get valorant next year

posted 5 months ago

I mean they do take Worlds into consideration, and they say that valorant has the highest viewership as one of the reasons, meanwhile Worlds has 6 mil, what is this logic

posted 5 months ago

via Esports awards
https://x.com/esportsawards/status/1827437130680877405
Imo it seems a tiny bit rigged, it's either LoL or CS objectively, but these whole awards seem retarded af, donk not getting a breakthrough player of the year is already bullshit

posted 5 months ago

the OP is retarded for making such claim, but there is no reason to switch when salaries are really big in CS. why would s1mple switch when he can afford to buy Porsches every year, why would zywoo switch when he earns 80k, it's not a sinatraa situation where overwatch league was dying. CS scene is growing and at rapid pace. IF cs were to die in 2020, then yeah, you would see way more pros leaving, salaries are the reason most pros left. players like subroza, wardell, dappr left because they weren't good enough for Liquid and EG, got mad at this, still wanted big salaries, and when orgs KNEW that riot would implement franchising they gave huge bags to subpar players. Everyone got what they wanted, valorant got a part of the pro scene and first orgs, players got the bag and orgs got acknowledgement from riot that they are willing to spend money

posted 5 months ago

retarded tenz, my nickname is chromosomeZ

posted 5 months ago

because they dedicate their time a whole different game with different mechanics?
And you forgot how many valorant pros had a background with CS?
Tenz, Zellsis, aspas, c0m, ethan, FNS, s0m, xeppa, leaf list goes on and on. Obviously now you have more talent without cs experience, but they layed the foundation for the game

posted 5 months ago

ethan was the only top tier pro to leave

posted 5 months ago

bro legit thinks CS and dota will just die

posted 5 months ago

''The moment EU loses interest in games like CS and Dota 2''
interest has been there for 20 years, but ye, the interest will just drop for no reason

posted 5 months ago

I fucked up my phrasing, I don't know what stops anyone from saying masters winner , world champion is indeed false

posted 5 months ago

master winner clearly defines what the team has won

posted 5 months ago

I think he got banned, now he is tomsk_enjoyer, bro is a bit delulu

posted 5 months ago

he has so many names it's actually impressive. I just said that I find spirit's system really really basic and that players like zont1x and magixx will collapse when big games come around. It was a day before the quarter final of the copenhagen major where zont1x said that he doesn't feel any pressure before going 0 and fucking 9 to start the map 3

posted 5 months ago

what stops you from saying Masters winners?

posted 5 months ago

I had a fallout with one spirit fan and he mass reported me with his alts and I got 10 year'd :D

posted 5 months ago

I mean if Boo is really karrigan then he got the script of this CS major. eliminating all the annoying teams just to lose to the team which was on fraudwatch

posted 5 months ago

too bad EG were too broke to keep them

posted 5 months ago

holy shit the schizophrenia is kinda rough, the lev fan thinking that champs are already over 1 day before the GF, the sen fan who think that sentinels have won 3-1 in the finals, now this, Dementia going strong

posted 5 months ago

1st NA, yes, but SA might deplete and the tier 2-3 system can easily go back to CS next year, like nitro has done. players like wardell, daprr, etc. are NOT getting a chance in tier 1 valorant, they have a way higher chance of getting there in open circuit cs
2nd EMEA isn't interetsed in valorant same way as in CS, talent influx is lower and so the region might die out.
3rd utility can be coordinated, but it just lowers the mechanical skill, which is rng. you think it's both rng and precise because you don't know any better.
4th anything related to aim and movement clears valorant, if you think otherwise you are just delusional, one shot CT rifle only destroys the game because CTs already have an advantage of better positoning, and CS duels rarely end in a 1 bullet fired situations.
Sprays are set, that' swhy it's skill, it isn't spam when you know where the bullets go.
You keep refusing the fact that riot, which are building valorant is a similar way to LOL will go down the same way, that's just dumb.

posted 5 months ago

even more money wasted, and it is very likely that the teams will need to push the talent to improve and grow fast, and that will just cause some players to drop off either due to their slow improvement rate ( and slow doesn't mean bad) or bad results (instead of trying to fit them in). And where would these academy players go if dropped?

posted 5 months ago

tier 2 is a backbone for every game, no tier 2, no new talent = GG

posted 5 months ago

because franchising is a flawed system :D

posted 5 months ago

you really want for LATAM and Brazil to occupy the last 5 spots, don't you?

posted 5 months ago

Random moments will never topple pure skill
Faceit has a really similar ranking system to valorant, MM and Premier are indeed shit
Valorant is not a bigger esport with in Western part of the world, CS has ties to plenty of sponsors. "Better image" has nothing to do with the product and the product which CS gives is better due to how long the pro scene has been around. And why don't you think cs poaches valo viewerbase as well?
Asia is a bigger region within valorant because valorant targets that region, that's where a vast majority of the views come in and players as well. CS is a superior product within europe, and if asia were to dominate valorant, cs would get that playerbase back

posted 5 months ago

Nt, the only NA Major duelist winner is Skadoodle

posted 5 months ago

actually a valid point, shit looks a tad bit like overwatch's viewer trajectory

posted 5 months ago

boombla will eat boo and shit on whatever strat botster makes

posted 5 months ago

nepotism and connections are such a fucking dumb problem. B-b-but experience, b-b-but player roles, b-b--but unpproven

posted 5 months ago
  • valorant is still more RnG
-faceit provides the ranking for higher skilled players
-cs is a rival to valo, and always has been, esportswise CS clears, if valorant viewership doesn't rebound next year, CS will establish itself as a way better esports
-cs has a bigger SA region and is now growing in asia
posted 5 months ago

superior esport, too bad volvo are a tad retarded

posted 5 months ago

Riot are not hosting 29 events in a year lil bro :DDDDDDD

posted 5 months ago

so the teens(who are the main audience) are usually at school or uni
It's a Saturday and Sunday, and usually holidays, how the fuck is school a factor?
Problem is, CS is a direct rival to valorant, and CS seems to slowly rehab from the clusterfuck which was the cs2 release.

posted 5 months ago

please press caps, I see your 3rd reply and all of them are in caps, respectfully, chill the fuck out homie

posted 5 months ago

it's the combination of both. It would be mad funny if americas and emea just migrated back to CS

posted 5 months ago

Because it's the talk in popularity in Americas+europe, not China, obviously china is booming, but that can just lead to the death of valo in americas and europe

posted 5 months ago

it is well known brazilians usually cheer only for brazil

posted 5 months ago

china is a whole different region btw

posted 5 months ago

no one is watching fucking KOI vs GIANTX

posted 5 months ago

they are unproven and GC is just another league, giving them a chance is a huge risk. Some orgs could do it for clout, but at that point they would rather turn to some washed pros

posted 5 months ago

most of the viewership is from asia and china, you can clearly see escharts dropped from 1.6 mil in madrid to 900k in shanghai to 900k rn in Seoul

posted 5 months ago

I hate the fact that champs-masters and masters have pretty much the same format. They need different formats for different event types, like tennis has different surface for different Opens. this SwiSs SyStEm is just groups but you don't know what opponent comes next. Play a real swiss system with 16 teams, host an 18 team event where teams are split in 2 groups of 9 and they have to play BO2s with each other. top 4 of each group goes into UB and top 5-8 goes into lower bracket, top 9 is eliminated.
