Yeah maybe I was too ague but when I wrote the first fight I meant his mixed form, just disappointed that it didn't really result in anything. Cheers man, and thanks for the taking the time to reply.

I'll write out what I feel, do feel free to keep the discussion if you agree or disagree with my points. Spoilers below:

New bankais, yes, and they were mostly very cool, but they did not land decisive blows against the opponents - except Renji's and Rukia's. The top sternritters were kinda defeated, but at the same time not really. The poison guy always had a new trick up his sleeve, and the manga never wrote if those fighting him got out successfully, including Neil who dived in. The sniper-turned-angel was defeated, but he just turned into some monster, and we saw a zombie Izuru appearing to stop him. This fight, too, led to nowhere. The valkyrie and Bach? They were written to be so unstoppable they needed to have dues ex machina to actually defeat them. That's just lazy writing with no proper resolutions.

Do tell me now who were the goated villains for you, the ones who were interesting to me at least, were Bazz B and Haschwalth (with their backstory) and Sternritter I (with his imagination). For me the rest were designed to be unique but they weren't developed too much.

I'm not sure what you mean by Ichigo's acceptance, if you don't mind explaining more. For me the issue I had was Ichigo's bankai's final form. After everything you're telling me THAT was his final form? After all the training and power ups he went through to get stronger? His first fight against Bach was cool, heck even his second one was too as well, I really enjoyed reading those weekly as the chapters released, but the lack of consequences because Bach was so OP just made the efforts feel hollow - made even worse with the dues ex machina.

Nah this arc's the worse on in bleach besides the fullbring one. Flashy fights but no proper resolutions (unless the anime fixes it)

If duelists don't pop off they get flamed, if they pop off the other 4 get flamed, you can't win against haters

They looked really great with double peeking and util usage back in champs 2023 - until grand finals. But this masters there have been a lot of dry peeks for no reason. Well it could have been worse like back in champs 2022 where they just hit W braindead, but there's the whole year ahead so I believe they'll just get better and I'll continue to support them regardless of this Master's results

You do realise PRX had quite a good success rate with this comp last year on lotus...right? They swapped out cypher for astra for no reason other than probably anti-stratting opponents' antistrats which imo is overcooking, but the current lotus and split comps were their best iterations.

And you gotta know PRX is the team that always overcooks, even their Sunset no duelist looks crazy at the start but they're pulling it off so far. They were the first to show Yoru being viable in the international stage (Reyna too, but just a little bit). Their games are definitely not good for the heart but point malding when they are just playing their own game.

No way they win this...right?????????

What is blud waffling about sen bans breeze twice?

They looked good in playoffs no? Even in AftreecaTV. Just that we shall see next split when they put against the other teams how well they fare

Don't say it!!!!

And they looked better and better on that lower bracket run too against TH and KC

Why they gotta beat their own region teams like that man

I believe he played on Xerxia 2022 to replace Patiphan, can check YouTube for clips with that and see I guess.

I think you got the order of the script wrong with the description, but other than that that was good

"I can't believe it!" Literally when prx wins a rounds

🐐

Just a very minor error, his neon was played for fracture in 2022 as the primary duelist together with Jinggg's raze, and he was damn good on it too.

Prx looking shaky, something wasn't showing up after first sunset map against EDG. If he shows up together with the rest of the team they got a chance, if not TH gonna win this

The map is Lotus, EDG is on the defending side. Kangkang holds his OP at C, patiently waiting for paper rex to walk into his crosshair. He gets one at least, he tells himself. His teammates are giving comms that they are fast rotating towards C. This is it. Kangkang shook his mouse slightly like he always do. But then suddenly, there's a leer, and his vision is near sighted. He backs away to safety, to regain his vision, but it's too late. Monyet has already satcheled past mount, and is in his face. Before kangkang could react, Monyet sends a bullet into his face, and paper rex took C site just like that.

Jk I hope Monyet shows up but his raze is definitely not as good as Jinggg (please prove me wrong)

Catching up on the games because they took place 2am where I am, and he's pretty good on icebox. Breeze is great too, but the whole map felt weird like everyone is just swinging and fighting everywhere. For icebox, I think it was a strat diff, a few times during attack I see him alone on A and just dying without trades, everyone else on Loud is behind the A orb.

Currently catching up on ascent now.

Juicy and nephh are too young to play in tier 1 so Bleed got egoist and yay. Just disappointed that crazyguy and egoist were dropped like this. There are hints that it's all orchestrated by sscary, but still L org for going through with the whole roster move.

Point 2:

Alecksdesk would know how fearsome aleck's hands are, so even if you don't agree with the other points you can't deny point 2 coming out from his desk

posted 2 months ago

Forsaken is indeed the main player who can shoot and cook, since he alone had his contract recently extended to 2026, while the rest (except Monyet) were extended to 2025.

Just need one trophy to shut all the doubters up.

And I'm still waiting myself :')

This is expected but not what I was looking for....RIOT SCRIPTWRITERS REALLY BEING LAZY NOW

posted 2 months ago

With 8 teams the format can't work with 4 in group stage and 4 in playoffs, so it should just be the 8 teams battling out from the start

posted 2 months ago

Except PRX is actually inside?

posted 2 months ago

Honestly GenG looks like the better team right now over PRX, aim, strats and all are just better, and like you said it should have easily went 0-3. But you can't say 3 duelist isn't experimental, they won with this comp the previous game against T1, rolled with it and actually won GenG too. If you saw this comp by itself would you have expected them to win? Heck even Talon lost (as it generally should) with this comp on split

posted 2 months ago

No, no they didn't

posted 2 months ago

The other players (besides yay, no hate) in the team look good though? There were the 3 that brought the team to their 1, and egoist showed why he deserved to be on the team during kick off

I mean it was their old Bind comp, but the way they played it was horrible.

Did the triple duelist comp games on split not give you heart attacks?
