all logic maintains that he shouldn't be on this team. he questionably dodged military service, and then held back the entire team for the 2024 season with his agent pool and extreme inconsistency. however, it's impossible to drop him because of the publicity he provides PRX. if it wasn't specifically jinggg on prx, anybody like that would've been dropped.

that's not all you said though. your logic to arrive at that conclusion was exclusively reserved to the ascension grand final, which was clearly wrong. the only valid reasons to doubt NS are one, that they are untested against t1 teams; and two, that dambi will possibly perform worse with the neon nerfs. these are both extremely valid for your part, but without actual matchup history against the best teams we can't judge much (all we have is them destroying t2).

a crime DRX and GENG are in a single elim, they are both much better than NRG

Cons:

• HYUNMIN is not quite as good as BuZz, and his value compared to BuZz is only going to decrease post-9.11
• Athan is not very good. BeYN was more consistent, more flexible, had better util, and gave great comms in comparison.

Pros:

• free1ng is extremely good. So much fragging power, and seems to be a good igl so far.
• MaKo is no longer igl (massive).
• Flashback gets to consistently be on his comfort role and can be more focused on lurking.
• New roster means that rookies like HYUNMIN and Athan still have the opportunity to grow.

Overall I think with the situation in hand they did a good job revamping the roster. I see promise in HYUNMIN but I'm skeptical about Athan. Feels bad for BeYN especially, I think he was really really good.
