I feel bad cause I'm sure it's great analysis but production is fucking him over by having the casters so loud in the background.

Moving autimatic off of jett/raze would be the perfect way to ruin their new roster. Also if Spyder comes back why would they drop brax but keep ska? Imo they should drop both and get a good sova either by buying out someone like Derrek or by adding a FA like pr0phie but if they keep 1, it's gonna be brax.
Also Elmapuddy seems to be someone who would focus on simple yet effective strats and getting the fundamentals down. In his videos, he never goes over any crazy complex strats but he does focus a lot on utility timing, positioning and utility usage(like he made a video about Sentinels and I remember he talked for a bit about how good a viper molly for ct entrance to A heaven on split was which is a very simple but effecitve thing). I'm just glad that he's gonna coach again but sad that he'll either stop making videos or rarely make videos.
Idk why they got rid of mCe but elmapuddy is fucking goated as well. His videos are so good and I hope he can have some more success in Valorant
Great move and also George Geddes is top fucking notch. Dude reports everything like weeks before they actually happen so once again props to George. Temperature is the perfect upgrade over MkaeL who can play sentinels, sova, controllers and is one of the best support players out there. Great pickup who doesn't negatively impact the brand and who can slot right in for MkaeL. Gen.G is looking pretty scary for LCQ. Don't sleep on them
I mean yeah T1's academy roster is pretty shit other than v1c so it's not hard to be much better than them
Ok so if 100T is moving on from steel permanently, maybe the plan with seven is just to develop him and integrate him into the team for a few months and then have him replace b0i on the starting roster. If they have b0i taking nitr0's role and nitr0 moving to jett, maybe if b0i doesn't work out, they will have seven start on jett and have nitr0 move back on controllers and move b0i back to the bench or drop him. If this is their plan, then Asuna could stick to Reyna and Raze and let nitr0/seven play jett and once seven is fully integrated, nitr0 can move back to controller.
You all need to understand that we are in September of 2021, not 2020. Sentinels aren't a necessity anymore. b0i has been working with 100T for months now and it shouldn't be hard to integrate him into the team. He was decent on Andbox and could've gotten better or worse since then but we do know that he is a good controller and that nitr0 is a great IGL and probably should play more jett. Worst case scenario, b0i/nitr0 will have to learn how to play killjoy and/or cypher and Asuna has to stay on jett. There's still a shit ton of experience and talent on this team so we'll just have to see how they do in LCQ.
Why wouldn't they use the same Breeze comp that they did vs Acend but just with b0i on Viper? Moving Asuna off of the Reyna wouldn't make sense at all. Keep HiKo on sova, Asuna on Reyna, nitr0 on jett and ethan on skye and just swap b0i for steel on viper.
Well they might have b0i/nitr0/HiKo play sentinel on some maps or something but I honestly would rather see nitr0 on jett more and b0i could just take over his role for most maps. Like on split for instance, HiKo could play viper, b0i could play omen or astra, ethan would be on skye and then nitr0 could play jett with Asuna on reyna or raze. With b0i playing smokes and nitr0 playing more jett, Asuna could thrive more now if they keep him on reyna and raze but he could still play jett if they need him to on certain maps.
Yeah idk man maybe hoodie org should've just bought out nAts to replace toxic boomer steel.
Ok so I get that all of you love to shit talk "hoodie org" and all and that all of the 100T fans love to instantly jump to conclusions and say a move is bad anytime a decent player is benched or whatever but just stop and think for a second. Steel grinds the game nonstop everyday and when he's done playing, he presumably works behind the scenes on new strats or whatever with the coach. It's highly likely that Steel just got burnt out from this and that 100T didn't want to bench him. So saying that it was a bad move and all that when we don't know the details is just dumb. b0i has been working with the team for months on end, nitr0 is a legendary IGL and seven has been dominating tier 2/3 tournaments and is only 16. With sentinels largely falling out of the meta(or at least not being crucial anymore), it's not a huge issue that 100T don't have a dedicated sentinel main anymore. If anything, playing with b0i is more helpful because it could allow nitr0 to flex onto more agents and play more jett. Please stop saying that steel got dropped for being toxic or that 100T made a bad move without knowing the full story and just wait until LCQ or don't.
No steel was benched not fns...
dapr had 1 bad tournament tf you mean there's no space for him? Actual braindead take. The other 2 lack in firepower but make up for it with their IGLing. fns's lurks and calling are the reason(alongside Yay popping tf off) that they made the finals so there's definitely room for him too. As for steel, he's similar to fns but nitr0 was a great IGL in cs so why not use him as IGL and increase firepower. Steel will be signed by another top tier org like NRG and he will help whatever team he goes to tremendously.
nitr0 was the IGL for some of the best NA CS teams in history(Liquid when they made finals at whatever major vs SK Gaming and Liquid during their grand slam 1 year streak). Don't understand why everyone is freaking out about the IGL situation since it's so obvious but whatever. I'm more interested in seeing if nitr0 will start playing more jett or if b0i is just going to play sentinels. I hope it's map dependent but I'm not concerned by this move much at all because I have complete faith that nitr0 is a great IGL and would be a great jett if 100T want to go in that direction.
So you're saying that he would join V1 for much less money just because they are in LCQ? That's a very bad long term decision especially since NRG will probably offer him a shit ton of money and he can turn that team into something really special with the talent they have.
OBG signed Coffee, zeddy and Hugeon from ForZe so they take ForZe's slot since you just need 3 players from the core.
Xeppaa wasn't playing with C9B during Challengers 2 Playoffs. They played with Floppy and since all of their points are from that tournament and you need to keep 3 players to keep points from a tournament, they would need to keep mitch, xeta and leaf.
V1 is gonna get Oderus and C9B have their roster set... NRG doesn't have a good IGL or a sentinel main and they have been pretty shit lately and they are a massive org so NRG makes the most sense.
Obviously the -steel report hasn't been confirmed so I'm not sure how to feel but if it is true, I think this move just shows that 100T have a shit ton of faith in nitr0, because this move probably means that nitr0 will likely play more jett with b0i taking over on smokes and that nitr0 will also probably take over the IGL role. I like this move but I feel like it was poorly timed. After getting top 4 in Berlin and right before LCQ is shit timing and I thought this move would only happen if 100T didn't qualify for Champions but I guess they wanted to be proactive and make the change that they thought would give 100T a better chance at qualifying. Also NRG would be idiotic if they didn't go heavily after steel. They have to firepower and they need that top tier IGL to take them to the next level if they want to be a top 8 team. Just look at the difference from daps to where they are now and it's clear that they need a great IGL, even if it means they lose firepower.
umm according to reports 100T dropped steel so it's not up to him whether he leaves 100T or not.
If you think that him being top 4 means we got some problems, that's just because EU doesn't know what an individually skilled IGL is. He would be a top 10 jett in EU and is by far a better IGL than anyone in EU. I know it's hard to imagine a player who is a great player and an amazing IGL because you have Koldamenta on your team but ShahZ is top 5 in NA and top 10 in the world.
Yes... He's the best awper in CS of all time but was definitely not top 5 when G2 dropped him and he hasn't played as much Valorant as these guys so you can't say he's better just because of a few clips vs Diamonds when the guys listed have done better against the best pros in the world.
Yeah but I haven't really watched much Rise so I can't fairly rank their players. He probably would be near the bottom if he was on here but I can't really say much about him.
Someone else created a thread earlier about his top 25 list for NA so I thought I'd make my own.
I'm a huge 100T and Asuna fan but saying that he's better on raze and reyna than TenZ and Yay doesn't make him the better player. Imo Asuna isn't really in the conversation for #1 and I think he's soundly third in NA with TenZ and Yay being the top 2. Imo TenZ is still #1 cause he's been doing this shit since beta, on the best team in the world and when he was on an average team all while playing against the best in NA(and the world now). Yay has been shitting on teams at a slightly lower level than the teams TenZ is playing against for a while and has shown recently that he shits on the best in NA and the world as well. Asuna, in my eyes is a close 3rd and is right outside of the conversation for the best but he can be with more time and experience since he has the least experience of the 3 and is even much more inexperienced on jett as well.
But Chiefs is like the biggest or 1 of the biggest OCE orgs. Before Valorant I only knew about 2 OCE orgs/teams: Renegades in CS and Chiefs from Rocket League.
Ascent: Raze/Reyna/Omen/Astra
Bind: Raze/Omen
Breeze: Jett/Omen/Astra
Haven: Jett/Omen/Astra/Raze
Icebox: Reyna/Raze/Omen
Split: Raze
I mean I do cause I forgot my password for this account for a while but I was trying to reply to #4 and it just didn't
Stopped reading before dapr
I said I only have watched the first 2 seasons so everything you just said was complete gibberish. Also I watched it a few years ago so I don't remember much at all.
He was actually playing like shit before he got cancelled tho. A few months before he got cancelled he was the best but in like the month or 2 before, he was playing like shit and wasn't even the best on his team(that was SicK).
Bonecold is a top IGL in EU, starxo is a top 3 skye in EU, Zeek is a top 10 player EU and Kiles is super flexible. Compared to C9B, where half of their players aren't even pro anymore, Vice is a below average player but a decent IGL and mitch is a consistent and very flexible player who wasn't that good when TenZ was on C9B. Don't compare the 2
Yay? Also PureR is a better awper than TenZ.
Did you not watch them at all during Berlin, EMEA challengers finals or in CIS challengers? Most of their attack is just waiting until 45 seconds and then they go. Sometimes they do quick hits and just send it while other times they poke at both sites to get intel and draw rotations while nAts is walking up into a power position(U haul on bind, Kitchen on Icebox etc.) Tell me what makes me clueless and how I am wrong.
True but I have just recently started watching anime and I've only seen AOT, Jijutsu Kaisen and seasons 1 and 2 of SAO and some of Death Note so out of those, my favorite is Jijutsu Kaisen but I never said it was top tier.
I've played against Pr0phie twice and PureR once in dm and I'm gold 2. And I took pictures and checked the radiant leaderboard and they have the exact same names and were both over level 400. But also this dude could just be lying cause there's no way Wardell only got 15 kills.
Why? Heavy nerfing the dash takes away the whole point of jett and she wouldn't be viable whatsoever
Who tf else would be 5th? The top 4 is still a tier of its own but C9B is right on the outside looking in. They have a top tier IGL with Vanity, a top tier main duelist with Leaf, the best sova in NA(in terms of util usage) with xeta, a superbly consistent sentinel main with mitch and a good secondary duelist with a shit ton of potential with Xeppaa. The only reason C9 hasn't been in the top 8 after Stage 2 Challengers Playoffs is because mitch is not a good IGL(it's not his fault cause he was forced to take that role) but now they have a top 5 IGL in NA who also is a great player individually. Can't imagine this team being any worse than top 8.
Why did you have to smurf on 100T :(
