LETS FUCKING GO GIVE ME THE BREHZE AND ETHAN DUO. ec1s is a bit questionable considering they could've maybe went for someone like Stanislaw or stewie from CS to IGL(not that they're both gonna switch or anything). I don't hate the ec1s trial cause he's a proven IGL in Val and all that and he isn't horrible individually but I was just hoping for a bit better. I hope he'll surprise me but I'll support no matter what. The only thing is that 100T are probably gonna have 2 "weak points" again. Kinda like steel and HiKo or HiKo and b0i. Not saying HiKo isn't a good player, it's just that he's not incredibly skilled individually. Love how they can keep HiKo on sova/viper though. The big question once again is who is gonna play sentinels when they need it and will Brehze play jett.

Can we just appreciate these guys for all the KR and BR news they bring to us? The announcements for this site and pretty NA and EMEA centric and, unless a big player is on the move, we never really hear about the roster changes outside of NA and EMEA. So thanks iKyoto and Noyn

Oh shit kinda forgot about that but either way V1 are about on the same level as FaZe

I love how every one of your points is just terrible. Shahz doesn't play jett anymore but he's still a top 5 jett NA, TenZ is still top 5 jett NA regardless of whether or not it's his best agent, and then the team has nothing to do with the players. Plus FaZe was doing better than V1 before everyone left so that's just a terrible point to make anyways.

PureR is right up there tho but saying penny is top 5 is ridiculous

Why would his overall stats show how consistent he was? Go series by series or even map by map and you'll see he's pretty inconsistent. Asuna has insane overall stats and yet he's inconsistent too.

Yeah but saying it after the match is like jumping on a whole different train. You were rooting for NA then Sen loses and then you say lets unite only after a SA team beats a NA team so it's not a great look

Really poor timing to say this after Sen just lost to Kru...

TenZ statistically was the 1st best at Reykjavik, 3rd best at Berlin and is(so far) a top 20 player at Champs(#16). I get it he has a bunch of annoying fans and so do Sentinels but come on now he had 1 bad series and now he's a trash onliner who was a waste of money? I guess the thought is to counter the braindead Sen and TenZ fans you have to be braindead Sen and TenZ haters

I mean this is for next year and the pandemic has really been going away(aside from the new variant or whatever) so it shouldn't be too difficult and even if it is, then they can just implement something like this when we're out of the pandemic.

Maybe each individual region gets 1 slot and then each larger region(APAC, NA + OCE, EMEA and SA) gets a certain amount of slots so there is a proper allocation of slots instead of Riot just saying "ehhh I feel like KR should get 3 and JP should get 1" or something like that. That way, each individual region is still represented but the slots are also fair.

posted about 3 years ago

I feel like every qualifier for the Masters events should all be a group of regions on LAN(APAC, SA, NA(+OCE) and EMEA) kinda like LCQ but just for all Master quals. So basically instead of just Korea playing Korea over and over again to qual for Masters events, they would have to make it out of their Korean tournaments to qualify to the APAC LAN to then qualify to Masters. This way teams like VS or CR who dominate their own region(KR and JP respectively) would have to be tested by the teams in the regions around them to make it to Masters and teams wouldn't just make it because their own region is weak.

I mean Gratisfaction was probably the worst player on the 100T roster so idk what you're talking about but he was good. He was one of the least impactful awpers in NA cs when NA cs was still pretty strong but I hope he does great and I know he should be good.

S -
A+ - GMB, Sen, VS, Envy, TL, Acend
A - C9B,
A- - VK, FNC
B+ - KRU, FS
B - CR
B- - FUR, VKS, X10
C - TS
I know doing A+ and A- and all that is weird but I feel like so many teams are in a middle ground of tiers. I don't think any team deserves S tier(even though GMB was the best Berlin team by a pretty good margin) and I don't think a team like C9B should be in the same tier as the top 6 or as VK and FNC. However, I also don't think VK and FNC are C tier teams(If I didn't do + and -) so I decided to do a bit more specific tiers.

More money + they would get to play for a bigger org and be able to grow their brand. Plus it wouldn't really be up to them since it would be a buyout.

Stop acting like every team needs a dedicated sentinel main. It's not a part of the meta anymore to have a sentinel player on every map. I mean, sure, you can have it but it's not crucial. As for the 100T players, I think if nitr0 leaves than 100T have a few good options for their new IGL. Those options would be stanislaw, Stewie2k, POISED and dephh. Stan and Stewie both could leave cs for Valorant and both have IGL experience in cs and POISED and dephh are 2 great IGLs and are signed to smaller orgs. I feel like the other player they get should be based on whoever they get as their IGL. So if they get stan, they should probably go after Brehze. If they get stewie, I guess they should go after autimatic maybe or NAF. If they get POISED, they should try to get supamen as well and if they get dephh, they should probably go after PureR as well.

Horrifically weak? Nuturn finished 3rd at Reykjavik and VS beat Acend and kept it close against Gambit. Korea has proven internationally that they are a good region so idk where this weak region shit is coming from. They practiced against teams from their "horrifically weak region" before Berlin and they beat EMEA's 2nd best team. Add even more time for their team to synergize and to get shit together with their 6 man roster and you have a contender. The whole region argument about Korea has been proven as bs and yet you're trying to use it again. VS are probably the most tactically sound team at Champs and they have a great roster so please stop with the weak region bs.

Then other way around I guess. Vision Strikers beats Liquid in the semis and Sen beats Envy in the other and then VS beats Sen in the finals.

neT is a young player with a lot of potential, Harmful is a tier 2/ranked demon who also has a lot of potential but the rest is just meh. mCe is a great coach, valyn is alright and Drone used to be a beast but there's not much upside to this roster really. I mean Drone and psalm used to be great before psalm started playing Reyna instead of Sova on Dig and when phoenix was in the meta but their pro careers in Valorant are pretty much over. I think it would be cool if they got guys like pr0phie or Temperature who still have a lot of potential but haven't really touched the tier 1 NA scene but as of now, this roster isn't exciting outside of neT, Harmful, mCe and I guess valyn if he's the IGL.

I mean nAts is a beast but his style was exposed and his been replicated by pretty much every other player who plays his role in comp so teams may be able to stop him easier. But even if they counter his lurks or whatever, he still has insane aim so it'll be fun to watch him as always. Also no offense taken cause 100T fans are idiots who overreact to everything. As for the whole NA vs EMEA debate, I agree that NA players care more about egos, but also Envy and Sen are probably the 2 most stacked rosters in the game with Liquid and Gambit being up there as well. I also think that the Envy and Sen are just so dedicated to winning that they put their egos to the side though and I don't really think the C9 guys have huge egos. With all that being said, I think Vision Strikers are gonna win. They really don't have a weak link(or a star player) and with more time to figure out everything with Lakia, and with rb getting more time to adjust to sova and so on, Vision Strikers could be deadly. Also, they've had even more time to come up with great plays and there's no film on them since Berlin.

posted about 3 years ago

I mean I think the real contenders are Gambit, Envy, Sen, Liquid, Acend and Vision Strikers but saying that "if you don't say NV/GMB you don't have a brain" is ironically a braindead take. Personally, I think Sen is gonna play much better since they underperformed at Berlin and I think Gambit is gonna play worse cause it might be easier to read nAts and d3ffo might not play as good as he did at Berlin but that's just my take.

Vision Strikers beat Envy in the semis and Sen in the finals to become the Champs. Also Sen beats Liquid in other semis to make it to the finals.

  1. Idk why so many people are talking about autimatic not being a good player in Valoran since he was getting up there and was a great duelist.
  2. Really sad but also kind of funny how these guys are going back to cs as if playing Valorant for a year or so makes them better cs players and how cs orgs think they same thing
  3. If he stays in Val, I would love to see 100T pick him up. Autimatic and Asuna would be a deadly duelist duo.
posted about 3 years ago

For IGL, I'd like to see 100T either go after stanislaw or spend big and try and poach dephh or POISED. XSET and Rise are much smaller orgs than 100T and POISED and dephh are great IGLs that could make this team even better than the last iterations. And for the other open slot, I think 100T need to go after a jett player since having nitr0 on jett allowed Asuna to be unlocked(since he wasn't solo entrying). Plus, jett is very much in the meta and having a good awper can completely change games. For the other player, I think it should revolve around the other addition. If they add stanislaw, they should try and get Brehze or CerQ. If they add dephh, they should also probably try and get PureR. However, since POISED is a sentinel main, I think 100T should go after supamen if they get him. Obviously these would be very expensive additions and XSET, Rise and EG all want to keep these players but, 100T is a big org and have the money to make it happen so, I hope they don't go after cheaper players. I would also like to see 100T go after guys like jks and Dre. They both used to be on 100T(jks in cs) and both are great players so, it would be cool to see them return to 100T.

posted about 3 years ago

I disagree. nitr0 on jett opened Asuna up and it didn't feel like every round was based on whether or not Asuna won an opening 1v1 or not. I think they should go after a jett player to help Asuna out and to get an awper for the team. I don't know if seven was the right player or not, since he's so young and inexperienced but with more time, I'm starting to question 100T dropping seven.

posted about 3 years ago

First off, I've been here longer than you so idk why you're talking about me being here since day 1 and second off, I don't know who everyone else roots for outside of their flairs. I guess you haven't completely lost my respect but you still were saying HiKo is washed, which as a 100T fan, you should know from watching the games that he is far from washed.

posted about 3 years ago

There has been 0 indication that HiKo is washed whatsoever so idk what you're talking about and you were a die hard 100T fan and then you suddenly just switch once things start going downhill a bit? Not only that, but you switch to the hottest team since Berlin. Classic bandwagon

posted about 3 years ago

They dropped a 16 year old who probably isn't ready for tier 1 valorant yet, b0i who wasn't great and nitr0 left. nitr0 leaving is the only bad thing that has happened to the roster really and now 100T can use all the money they have to make an even better roster.

posted about 3 years ago

Lost all my respect for you. nitr0 leaves and you put on a TL flair? There's 0 reason to drop HiKo. He's a top 6 sova in NA and brings so much outside of the server. In the server, he doesn't even hinder the team and he has great utility so idk why they would drop him, especially right now when they lost nitr0. Unless 100T were somehow able to get either BCJ or Derrek from Xset or Rise respectively, there's no upgrade over HiKo. Crashies is 100% staying on Envy, xeta would be extremely difficult and expensive to get from C9(and I'd rather have HiKo for chemistry and LAN and stuff like that anyways), and eeiu is on another big org. Then again, the only 2 logical options I presented to get an upgrade over HiKo would be expensive and neither team would give them up easily.

You good bro?

posted about 3 years ago

If your players don't want to play with another player, it's best to remove that player. Either the team is gonna keep getting worse since they don't wanna play together, or the org can remove that player or the rest of the team. They already had the best NA IGL in cs history on their team as well and sentinels were falling out of the meta. Removing steel wasn't a bad move whatsoever. Sure, replacing him with b0i was questionable but having the players actually want to play together is crucial to team success.

posted about 3 years ago

And 100T dropped b0i so that doesn't really prove nitr0 is leaving...

Imma go with some odd ones: YaBoiDre, wippie, supamen, RUSH or jks. Dre can be a smoke main, is a great player and previously played for 100T. Version1 got rid of Oderus and haven't been great recently so 100T could swoop in and get one of the best smoke mains in NA with wippie, who is also probably one of the best, if not the best, viper in NA. supamen is another great smoke main who is on a smaller org, so 100T could maybe steal him away as well. Rush has a lot of cs experience and could probably be a good main smoke player. Rush is also an amazing teammate so that's another plus. The hottest take of them all is jks. jks played for 100T for a while and COL just dropped him from their cs roster. He could maybe switch over and either play smokes or jett. There's not too many outstanding available options but I think 100T will find a good 5th.

To be the best you've gotta beat the best. This is Champs and these are pretty much the best teams in the world right now so whether or not they got a "easy" group shouldn't really matter if they are the best team in the world. And if they aren't the best, then it doesn't matter because the only thing that truly matters is who wins Champs.

Yep that's why they finished 3rd at LCQ with a new player. Oh right, I forgot that TSM already qualified to Berlin so that's why they weren't at LCQ right. Cause surely TSM with their ftx partnership deal and all of that money would be a top 12 team in NA right?

posted about 3 years ago

Should be top 3? You think this roster has any chance of being better than teams like C9B, Rise, Xset or 100T(if nitr0 stays)? You take Bang and replace him with corey which is definitely an upgrade but then you also take a guy who got dropped by fucking Immortals... What about adding another duelist player and a IGL who got dropped from IMT makes you believe this will be a top 3 team?
