Very well said

As far as I can tell, they seem legit, and there has been no denial. So yikes.

posted 11 months ago

I am literally going through your problem, and eventually I figured this out for myself, and then as I got into the rythym of being productive, since I finally felt good about myself, it's become easier to start things.

posted 11 months ago

It depends. I do think the guy would be able to potentially croudfund the resources he needs. Overall, Mr. beast is in a very tight spot bc of this.

posted 11 months ago

There is already enough to see him as a bad person. If he sues and the guy doesn't have the resources to fight (i.e. fight it out in court), he can potentially wave around a court verdict saying he was defamed.

posted 11 months ago

NDAs cannot prevent you from revealing crimes. Since his info is about illegal activities conducted by mr. beast (false advertising + illegal gambling), any NDA he signed does not restrict him from revealing this.

That doesn't mean Mr.Beast won't try to sue him anyway because he might not have the money to fight a prolonged legal case.

posted 11 months ago

Have someone to hold you accountable. Find someone you can be open with about your struggle, and have them be firm in telling you "hey, you need to start doing this thing now". Tell them how it's hard for you.

If you're struggling to start something, ask a family member to literally sit down with you to help you get started. Typically once you really get started, you can focus in on it.

hope this helps

Also, "not giving 2 shits" about him potentially enabling a pdf file is crazy

posted 11 months ago

it could have been about 10 to 15 min shorter for sure, but I don't mind it since some people need the elaboration to fully process the points he's making

posted 11 months ago

The charity work is great and all, but it doesn't make the other stuff ok. Mr beast should not be using predatory gambling practices on his young audience.

Yes, parents buy things for their children. If there wasnt the promise of winning prizes, those children would want to buy other things.

The unfortunate reality is that all the charity he's done is a small percentage of his profits. Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to debate how much of a person's wealth should be used for charity. The point is that when you use only a small portion of your profits, lie that you're using so much that you don't profit, and get that money in a scummy way, you are a scumbag.

posted 11 months ago

You're acting like the average mr beast fan, a 12 year old. Mr beast's charitable work doesn't come close to the humanitarian work done by governmental organizations.

Jimmy is not going to give you a lambo lil bro

Like I said in response to someone else, the faking by itself is nothing crazy. It's just incredibly lame when every video he goes "uHuHUh mY vIdEoS aRe 100% rEaL & nOt FaKe" and then he is faking everything. Even then, the faking is secondary to the literal illegal practices he uses in his videos and brands.

posted 11 months ago

Probably yes as this gains more traction. The smaller commentary channels are already covering this video, so it's only a matter of time before the big commentary channels cover it as well.

posted 11 months ago

Watch the clip at the end (literally 20 secs)

Summary of the rest:

For personal challenges, multiple misses in timelapses where it shows that Jimmy and his friends are actually not going through the whole challenge.

For "random subscriber" competitions, video evidence of him placing multiple Mr. Beast employees into the competition. (his HR manager literally competed in a video lmao)

Additionally, screenshots of employee DMs confirming that production works to skew the result to be most favored for audiences.

Multiple examples of editing timers in post, as well as faked contestant dialouges added in post.

posted 11 months ago

It's one thing to suspect a bunch of his videos are fake as i did before this expose, and it's another to have literal proof of him blatantly faking literally every video.

posted 11 months ago

He has pushed gambling to millions of kids and places his employees in competitions for "random subscribers", on top of possibly enabling Ava based on most recent screenshots of Discord logs.

Also, saying that he has done more humanitarian work than most governments is insane and shows how many good things get taken for granted because they don't have a youtube video recording it with a guy screaming in your face.

at Hustler University

posted 11 months ago

You see, the thing is a big point of this video is that gameshows are super regulated, and a lot of Mr. Beast's stuff is literally in violation of those regulations

posted 11 months ago

Of course it's not a bad deal. But for all we know, that guy could be a Mr. Beast employee. If you watch the full video, a lot of the "random subscriber" contestants are actually his employees. Literally his HR manager was a contestant in one of the boys vs girls videos lmao

posted 11 months ago

Yes, but at that point it isn't charity, it is paying someone to act for your video that is going to bring in way more than 10k in revenue.

posted 11 months ago

I kind of suspected some of the competition ones were fake and didnt care to look into it, but I had at least thought the personal challenge ones were real.

posted 11 months ago

I agree that in itself faking videos is not a cardinal sin. But he uses his supposed authenticity as a lever to manipulate his young audience, so it is very relevant in that aspect.

Plus cmon, did you watch the end clip? Faking it to that extent is insane

posted 11 months ago

I think they will be forced to talk about it as this gains more traction. This is only part 1 of 3 videos this guy is going to release

posted 11 months ago

it's not the faking by itself, it's that his entire brand is lying that his videos are real

posted 11 months ago

some screenshots are suggesting worse things than not caring if they are real...

posted 11 months ago

bruh, he was faking everything after all

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5xf40KrK3I

for those of you who can't watch a 50 minute video, just watch this 15 second clip from the end of the exposé

on top of faking videos, it turns out he's promoting gambling to minors

this is truly not the time to be underage

posted 11 months ago

that's crazy. This is fucked up to joke about though

posted 11 months ago

I don't. Could you explain that?

posted 11 months ago

wait this is real? could you let me know what happened?

posted 11 months ago

Wait are you actually serious? this is extremely fucked if you are joking like this.

posted 11 months ago

I'm not quite sure what you meant by your last statement, but on a university campus there are all sorts of pastimes outside of anime that have degenerate associations with them. I just think you have heightened awareness against anime because it is a product of a foreign culture. If you look at "typical" western pastimes in the 21st century, you'll see the exact same behaviors.

posted 11 months ago

I mean, I'm sure you've seen star wars and GoT and Marvel inspired things before, but you've never thought much about it because those are more socially acceptable, right?

posted 11 months ago

Literally every other group I listed uses their source material to act like idiots in the real world. The point I'm trying to make is that you should expand what you can "see". I appreciate it that you're not entirely passing blanket judgement though.

posted 11 months ago

IDK how old you are, but saying that you've never seen any other fandoms act this way makes me inclined to believe you have limited life experience.

The Marvel fandom has done all sorts of crazy shit and has had degenerate behavior.

TV shows like GoT have had degenerate subsections of the fanbase.

The star wars fandom and the LOTR fandom have also had the same sort of degenerate subsections of their fanbase.

Heck, even game fandoms have had degenerate sections of their fanbases like this game or older games like DnD.

There are plenty of examples of the fanbases of other types of media exhibiting degeneracy. Degeneracy in general has permeated all forms of media across the world. However, just like there are decent shows and movies, there are very decent and even incredible anime. A few that come to mind are 86, Vinland Saga, Death Note, Violet Evergarden.

I'm not suggesting you watch anime, but I do recommend not judging someone just because they do.

posted 11 months ago

My question then is what makes watching anime any different from watching a TV show like GoT or House of the Dragon? Those tv shows contain degeneracy that even most anime don't have, and yet people find those socially acceptable.

The demographic you dislike exist in a subsection of every online fandom, including the valorant fandom. Hating on anime as a whole is rather silly.
