I think its also a system difference. Last year LEV strats were not so elaborate and opened up for more creativity. I think Sato benefits from that. On the other hand Onur teams tend to be very rigid and strict gameplan wise so it will take him a bit to adapt. Another reason Neon is doing well early on is bc he is already used to Onur's system as he has been playing with it for a year already

Doesnt make sense to do so from the player's perspective. They already had a secured spot in Tier 1 with the org and staff they found success with in the academy. Their contracts were ending till end of december if i recall correctly so they wouldve had to reject LEV Tier 1 contract offer and wait till end of December to do tryouts with any interested teams and then imagine they dont impress in Tryouts and dont get picked up. All of this assuming there are teams still doing tryouts at the end of december. By then most teams are already finished
