MAD Lions

I don’t understand VRL format much so apologies if the question is dumb, but MAD Lions are playing in the VRL France despite only having one French player. Surely they would be playing in Polaris with majority UK players?
Why is it they are in the French League?

All VLR's require one national player to be able to compete, look at the Spanish VRL lmao

Because no one watches Polaris. Only Spain and France gets viewers. Today French had like 10k viewers on main stream while Polaris gets like 100 lol
