A major roster overhaul for OG has been on the books for the past month, following a string of disappointing results and the release of the organization's former core. Numerous reports of OG's trials circulated, ranging from the roster trialing Issa "ISSAA" Murad to David "Fizzy" Figueiredo and Jani "shéd" Marjanen. The trialing of the latter two entered the news cycle after the duo had their deals revoked following the dissolution of HONK earlier in June.
Formerly of the notable HONK mix, Destrian and trexx both stood out as the star players of the roster, with trexx fielding a 261 ACS average in the past three months. With Astra now one of Destrian's main agents, OG look to reinvigorate the roster with the infusion of the young duelists.
OG move into the third and final stage of the Champions Tour with a nearly-clean slate. With zero points in their name in the circuit, the new-look roster will need to make deep runs to clinch a spot in the European last chance qualifier.
